摘要
滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于輕工、醫(yī)藥和化工行業(yè),特別是藥品包裝。雖然我國(guó)的滾筒式泡罩包裝有了很大的發(fā)展,但是在產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、性能、質(zhì)量、可靠性、價(jià)格、服務(wù)等方面在與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于劣勢(shì)。因此,很有必要對(duì)滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)深入研究,對(duì)其機(jī)構(gòu)、原理、運(yùn)動(dòng)、功能進(jìn)行研究分析,提供結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可靠、操作方便、自動(dòng)化程度高、應(yīng)用范圍廣的滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)。
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要分為四大部分:第一,系統(tǒng)地分析滾筒式泡罩包裝機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和和工作原理,全面分析包裝機(jī)的工藝路線,得出傳動(dòng)方案;第二,通過(guò)工作原里論述分析,對(duì)槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)、熱封合機(jī)構(gòu)、動(dòng)力步進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu),得出各結(jié)構(gòu)件的參數(shù);第三,通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)建模,采用圖解法,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行力學(xué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析校核;第四,根據(jù)前面所推導(dǎo)的理論,確定整體方案,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)所得到的尺寸完成總裝配圖和其他零件圖紙。

ABSTRACT
Flat blister packaging machine is widely used in light industry, medicine and chemical industries, especially pharmaceutical packaging. Although China's Flat blister packaging has a great development, it is disadvantage in the competition in product development, performance, quality, reliability, price, service and other areas in and imported products. Therefore, it is necessary to Flat blister packaging machine-depth study of its institutions, principles, sports, research and analysis functions, to provide simple and reliable, easy to operate, a high degree of automation and wide application of the Flat blister packaging machine.
The design elements are divided into four parts: First, the systematic analysis of Flat blister packaging machine and the basic structure and working principle, a comprehensive analysis of the packaging machine line that drive the plan; Second, through the work of the exposition, Analysis of the reducer, the institutions of heat-seal gathers, power step, electrical control design, that the structure of the parameters ;Third, through mathematical modeling, using graphic method, sports bodies and the mechanics of kinematics Checking; Fourth, according to previously deduced theory, determine the overall plan, according to the size of the design be completed by the general assembly and other parts drawings.
