摘 要

隨著軌道交通的迅速發(fā)展,牽引電機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用,電機(jī)的維修工作日益受到有關(guān)部門(mén)的重視。為了保證電機(jī)的檢修水平,在大修時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn)。本論文所研究和設(shè)計(jì)的牽引電機(jī)性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)就是為某市輕軌列車(chē)用牽引電機(jī)做性能測(cè)試試驗(yàn)的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。
論文以GB/T1032-2005《三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)方法》、某市輕軌的實(shí)際情況及要求以及其它相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù),完成了牽引電機(jī)性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái)平臺(tái)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)以及測(cè)試軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)等工作。論文對(duì)牽引電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理作了詳細(xì)分析,在對(duì)目前常用的電機(jī)測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行分析比較后,采用帶傳感器的自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)作為本試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的測(cè)試方法,并給出了其測(cè)試原理和數(shù)學(xué)模型。從測(cè)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的一般模式出發(fā),對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)硬件進(jìn)行選型,并從硬件方面采取了多項(xiàng)措施來(lái)增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力。采用面向?qū)ο蟮木幊陶Z(yǔ)言Visual Basic 6.0進(jìn)行測(cè)試軟件開(kāi)發(fā),利用串行通信控件MSComm控件實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)之間的通信、自動(dòng)采樣測(cè)量和數(shù)據(jù)處理;與Microsoft office產(chǎn)品結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)以及試驗(yàn)報(bào)表的設(shè)計(jì)、預(yù)覽和打印。
本論文所研究和設(shè)計(jì)的牽引電機(jī)性能試驗(yàn)臺(tái),滿(mǎn)足了功能要求,達(dá)到了測(cè)試精度,解決了某市輕軌建設(shè)中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,為以后此類(lèi)設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)提供了借鑒作用。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of rail transportation, and the extensive application of traction motor, its repair work has already received increasing attentions. To ensure the repairing quality, it must undertake performance experiments. The study and design of the traction motor performance test-bed are provided in this paper. It is a special device which is used to carry out performance experiments and serve the traction motor of trains in Chongqing light rail.
Based on the design gists, such as the test procedures for three-phrase induction motors (GB/T1032-2005) , Chongqing light rail’s actual situation and requests and other correlative standards, the structure design of platform, hardware design of co- mputer testing system and software exploitation of the traction motor performance test-bed are given in this paper. Firstly, the structure and operational principles of the traction motor are analyzed in detail, and then motor testing methods that are popular presently are compared. The method of the automatic testing system with sensor has been regarded as the one suitable for our test-bed and its testing principium and mat- hematical model have been provided. Then, starting in the general design model of measuring and controlling system, this paper has put forward the collectivity design of the computer measuring system of the test-bed and done something to strengthen the anti-jamming ability of the system. This paper has used Visual Basic 6.0, Object Oriented program language, to exploit the software and realized the communication between host computer and sensors through MSComm control with automatically sampling, measuring and processing data. The software combines the Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft office products to design, preview and print the experimentation reports and realize the storage of real-time and historical data.
The traction motor performance test-bed studied and designed in this paper has satisfied the function requests, achieved anticipative effect and solved the actual problems during the building of Chongqing light rail. It also gives references to the design of such kind of device.
