隨著現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和飛速普及,企業(yè)生存和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本變化,信息化建設(shè)成為企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的最終選擇,企業(yè)信息化成為不可阻擋的必然趨勢(shì)。在我國,制造企業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),是我國綜合實(shí)力的重要體現(xiàn)。但是在我國大多數(shù)制造企業(yè)中,傳統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和管理機(jī)制占主導(dǎo)地位,沒有專業(yè)的物流信息平臺(tái),無法適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)需求,存在著很多方面的資源浪費(fèi),信息化的推廣建設(shè)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急,物流作為企業(yè)內(nèi)部很重要的組成部分,涉及到企業(yè)多方面運(yùn)作,而物流信息平臺(tái)又是物流系統(tǒng)的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),所以為企業(yè)搭建能夠促進(jìn)其發(fā)展的的物流信息平臺(tái)尤為重要。
本文以大江集團(tuán)為例,根據(jù)其現(xiàn)有的物流狀況和物流信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)需求分析以及制定的信息化目標(biāo),對(duì)其進(jìn)行了一系列的調(diào)研和設(shè)計(jì)。通過綜合對(duì)比研究國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的管理模式及理論發(fā)現(xiàn),信息化的推進(jìn)也需要管理模式的更新和升級(jí),綜合考慮企業(yè)所處供應(yīng)鏈的角色,對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)行VMI(供應(yīng)商管理)模式是企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。本文通過建立數(shù)學(xué)模型的方式,利用蒙特卡羅模擬法加以論證企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)VMI庫存理論的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。然后以VMI作為物流信息平臺(tái)的指導(dǎo)思想,提出集團(tuán)物流信息平臺(tái)的新的設(shè)計(jì)思路。在充分考察吸取國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,為大江企業(yè)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的物流信息平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)思路主要分為涉及物流環(huán)節(jié)的3個(gè)方面,分別從采購、庫存、銷售對(duì)其進(jìn)行模塊化設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)本設(shè)計(jì)方案做了預(yù)期的效益評(píng)估。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development and popularization of modern information technology,the survival and competitive environment of enterprises has changed fundamentally. Construction of information has become the ultimate choice of enterprises access to competitive advantage. And enterprise information becomes an irresistible trend. In China,manufacturing companies as the economy's pillar industries, It is an important manifestation of China's comprehensive strength. However,in the majority of our manufacturing enterprises,the traditional production technologies and management mechanisms occupy the leading position. And they have no professional logistics information platform. So it is unable to meet production needs. A lot of waste of resources and information promote the building of information technology. Logistics enterprises as a very important component,it relates to various enterprises operation. And logistics information platform is the neural network of logistics System. So it is particularly important to construct logistics information platform for enterprise which can promote its development.
Based on the work of the Dajiang Group as an example,according to its existing logistics situation and logistics information platform for building needs analysis and the development of information technology objectives,this paper has done a series of research and design. Through comprehensive comparative study domestic and foreign advanced management models and theories found that,The promotion of information technology also needs update and upgrade management model. Considering the role of enterprise in the supply chain,VMI (vendor management inventory) enterprise information model is the basis for further development. Through the establishment of the mathematical model,Monte Carlo simulation is used to demonstrate the economic viability of the way enterprises VMI inventory. And it uses VMI as a logistics information platform for the guiding ideology,to put forward the new design ideas of Group logistics information system. In the full inspection of the draw domestic and foreign enterprises on the basis of lessons learned,detailed logistics information system design is carried out for Dajiang Group. This design mainly includes three major areas involved logistics. and it is modular designed from procurement,inventory and sales Finally,the expected benefits are assessed for this design.
