ABSTRACT


This project is to design a machine which pressure the column into the plate,and the main work is to design the working device and its hydraulic system.
First,design the overall programme of the machine,including the actuator and drivetrain system,the way to steer and commutate,the structure of weight.Elect the hydraulic cylinder as this machine's actuator and dynamical system as its dynamicsystem.After calculating the cold extrusion load,design and calculate the structure and dimensions of the hydraulic cylinder and verify,and other work installations and the weight.The other important part of this project to design the dynamical system of the machine.Give the principle charts of the dynamical system and the electic control.Design and calculate the hydraulic pump,electric motor,fuel tank,pipeline,hydraulic pressure medium as well as hydraulic valves such as cross valve,overflow valve,cone-way valve,and so on.
