摘 要
液壓傳動(dòng)是以液體為介質(zhì),依靠運(yùn)動(dòng)液體的壓力來(lái)傳遞動(dòng)力。液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力與外界負(fù)載,速度和流量這兩個(gè)關(guān)系稱做液壓傳動(dòng)的兩個(gè)工作特性。
混凝土泵S管閥單缸驅(qū)動(dòng)換向系統(tǒng)就是利用液壓傳動(dòng)的這兩個(gè)特性來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速切換S管閥的方向。
本文中主要介紹了混凝土泵S管閥的工作性能,換向系統(tǒng)的工作性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),液壓系統(tǒng)的工作原理和要求。
S管閥作為分配閥,在工作中承受著較大的載荷,但混凝土泵要求S管在0.2~0.3秒的短暫時(shí)間內(nèi),完成一次換向,這就對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求。
在換向設(shè)計(jì)中,關(guān)鍵是液壓缸的設(shè)計(jì),本文采用雙作用活塞式單液壓缸,并采用球頭聯(lián)接,能夠有效保證換向系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。本文中將缸底和缸頭采用了特殊的設(shè)計(jì)方法,起到了一定的緩沖作用。另外還設(shè)計(jì)了有效的密封系統(tǒng)以防止砂漿侵入。

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic transmission is liquid for medium depending on the pressure of the movement of liquid to transmit power. The pressure of hydraulic oil depends on the size of external load, the speed of movement of piston depends on the speed of oil. These are called the two working characteristics of hydraulic transmission.
These article designs of the commutation system of the concrete delivery pump S tube valve are using the hydraulic transmission two characteristics to cut the S tube valve direction fast.
This article mainly introduce work performance of the concrete pump S tube valve, work performance and structural characteristics of the system, the principle and requirements of the hydraulic system.
As a distribution valve, S tube valve withstands a greater load in the work, but the concrete pump requirements S tube valve in 0.2 to 0.3 seconds short time, completed a commutation, which requirements a higher demand for the hydraulic system .
The key is the design of hydraulic cylinders, this dual-role single-cylinder piston and a ball-connected, can effectively guarantee for the stability of the system. This article uses a special design for the cylinder bottom and cylinder head, played a certain role of a buffer. An effective system to prevent mortar seal invasion was also designed.

ABSTRACT
Hydraulic transmission is liquid for medium depending on the pressure of the movement of liquid to transmit power. The pressure of hydraulic oil depends on the size of external load, the speed of movement of piston depends on the speed of oil. These are called the two working characteristics of hydraulic transmission.
