摘要
去年以來(lái)，我國(guó)專(zhuān)用車(chē)市場(chǎng)取得較好的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)，全國(guó)395家改裝車(chē)企業(yè)改裝汽車(chē)23.06萬(wàn)輛，銷(xiāo)售23.05萬(wàn)輛。自卸汽車(chē)27125輛，占總量的11.76％。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需要不斷增加，自卸車(chē)產(chǎn)量近年來(lái)一直保持較高產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量，在專(zhuān)用車(chē)綜合產(chǎn)量中保持第一位置，但在種類(lèi)、型式、材料運(yùn)用方面與國(guó)外還有一定的差距。
本文首先對(duì)自卸車(chē)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)以及國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了相關(guān)的概述。接著，從車(chē)廂的設(shè)計(jì)、舉升機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、取力器的設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行了EQ3090自卸車(chē)的總體設(shè)計(jì)，并對(duì)主車(chē)副車(chē)架進(jìn)行了改裝與設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)整個(gè)EQ3090自卸車(chē)的外廓尺寸、輪距與軸距尺寸、前懸后懸以及整車(chē)的裝載質(zhì)量、整備質(zhì)量、總質(zhì)量和軸載質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
Since last year, our country Special Purpose Vehicle industry is in the boom, with 395 car refit enterprise all around the country refitting 230.6 thousand cars, selling 230.5 thousand. auto unload vehicle the 27125 car, account for 11.76% of total deal. along with the development of local foundation facilities, in recent years auto unload vehicle yield has been keeping in higher production & sales, remains in the first place in Special Purpose Vehicle production. However, in aspects of category, pattern, material application, compared with foreign countries there is still a long way to go.     In this paper, firstly, I made a general about the auto unload vehicle design and its development domestic and abroad. Then, at the point of compartment, rising organization etc, I started the design of the EQ3090 auto unload vehicle. Also, I refit and designed the vice-car stalk.
To whole EQ3090 the lading quantity, reorganization quantity, measure, tread, wheelbase, forward suspension behind，proceeded the related calculation and design.
