【摘要】我國(guó)許多企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)存在很大的盲目性，缺乏正確的需求導(dǎo)向，“營(yíng)銷近視”和“營(yíng)銷同質(zhì)化”等各種營(yíng)銷誤區(qū)共同存在。本文試圖通過(guò)建立營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略評(píng)價(jià)體系與營(yíng)銷業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)體系，達(dá)到對(duì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)督和控制的作用,并對(duì)整個(gè)營(yíng)銷審計(jì)體系的建立提供了一定的參考方法.
