［摘要］ 隨著金融抑制論和金融深化論的提出，以美國(guó)和日本為代表的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和拉美、亞洲等發(fā)展中國(guó)家和地區(qū)掀起了一場(chǎng)以金融自由化為主要內(nèi)容的金融改革，它們紛紛放松對(duì)利率的管制，使其由市場(chǎng)供求決定。我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化改革正在緩慢推進(jìn)。這場(chǎng)改革對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制還不夠健全的我國(guó)影響深遠(yuǎn)，特別是商業(yè)銀行將面臨與以往不同的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。本文首先對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)行概述，介紹了利率的相關(guān)理論、利率市場(chǎng)化的涵義并對(duì)已經(jīng)實(shí)施利率市場(chǎng)化的幾個(gè)典型國(guó)家進(jìn)行分析。其次，具體分析我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化的情況，闡述了為什么要進(jìn)行、怎樣進(jìn)行以及改革要解決哪些困難。再次，分析我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化給商業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)的正反兩方面的影響。最后，關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行如何在利率市場(chǎng)化中揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短給予對(duì)策建議。

Research on the commercial bank management countermeasures under the background of interest rate marketization
［Abstract］ With the theory of financial repression and financial deepening theory is put forward, represented by the United States and Japan developed countries and developing countries and regions such as Latin America, Asia set off a financial liberalization as the main content of financial reform, they have to relax restrictions on interest rates, and make its depended on market supply and demand. The interest rate marketization reform in our country is promoted slowly. And the reform of market economic system is not sound enough to influence in our country, especially the commercial banks will face a different economic environment. This paper outlined the interest rate marketization, introduces the relevant theories of interest rate and analysis of the counties that have completed the interest rate marketization. Secondly, concrete analysis of interest rate marketization in our country, expounds the why, how to reform and how to solve the problems. Again, interest rate marketization brings to the commercial banks in China the influence of the pros and cons. Finally, about how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses in the marketization of interest rate commercial banks to give countermeasures and Suggestions.
