摘要 激光打標技術是在近二十年來興起的一種標刻工藝,在機械制造領域中具有十分廣泛的應用,具有加工速度快、加工精度高、污染小等優(yōu)點,激光打標技術正在逐漸代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的機械打標技術,如沖壓、印刷、化學腐蝕等。光纖激光打標機電光轉換效率高,達到30%以上,整機體積小,輸出光束質(zhì)量好,可靠性高。對脈沖激光掃描系統(tǒng)的精確控制進行研究具有重要意義。
光纖激光打標系統(tǒng)是由脈沖光纖激光器及控制箱、光學掃描系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)及工作臺和控制系統(tǒng)及軟件組成。本文首先介紹了光纖激光器的研究現(xiàn)狀、激光打標行業(yè)的研究現(xiàn)狀以及對打標系統(tǒng)中振鏡失真問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對光纖激光打標系統(tǒng)的各個組成部分、原理和打標軟件Samlight進行了詳細的介紹,在此基礎上使用Samlight軟件配合脈沖激光掃描系統(tǒng)對工件進行打標的精確控制研究,準確地輸出了文字、條形碼、復雜的圖像,并對工藝參數(shù)的控制所引起的不同粗糙度做了研究。
本文使用Surfcom 130A 表面粗糙度儀來探測被打標工件的表面粗糙度,得出了精確控制打標機輸出的參數(shù)是:掃描速度為3000mm/s,激光輸出功率20W,作用次數(shù)2次。在此實驗條件下,能獲得最佳的粗糙度值,進而工件的打標質(zhì)量最佳,實現(xiàn)了對脈沖激光掃描系統(tǒng)的精確控制。

Study on Accurate Controlling of the Pulsed Laser Scanning System
Abstract:Laser marking technology is a new carving process in the past two decades. It has a very wide range of applications in the fields of mechanical manufacture, it has fast processing speed, high precision and little pollution, laser marking technology gradually replacing the traditional mechanical marking technology such as stamping, printing, chemical corrosion, etc...Fiber laser marking machine has a high electro-optic conversion deficiency reaching more than 30%, the volume is small, the output beam has high quality and high reliability. It is important to research the accurate controlling of the pulsed laser scanning system.
Fiber laser marking system is composed of pulsed fiber laser and control box, optical scanning system, cooling system and the work table and control system and software. This paper firstly introduces the research status of distortion of laser galvanometer and the present situation of optical fiber laser marking industry the marking system, then introduce the various marking system of fiber laser components, principle and the marking software Samlight are introduced in detail, based on the use of Samlight software with pulsed laser scanning system of the precise controlling of marking on the workpiece, accurately output image and text, bar codes, some complex graphical, and the control of process parameters caused by the different surface roughness is studied.
In this paper, using the Surfcom 130A surface roughness instrument to detect surface marked workpiece roughness and conclude that the parameters of the precise control of marking machine output is :on the condition that the scanning speed is 3000mm/s,the laser output power is 20W and the effect of frequency is 2 times, we can obtain the roughness value of the best, and then the marking quality best,to achieve precise control of the laser scanning system.
