摘 要
隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，各種各樣的企業(yè)如雨后春筍一樣紛紛冒出，帶動(dòng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展同時(shí)也出現(xiàn)了大量的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全問題，為了適應(yīng)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展以及保證社會(huì)的安定，我國(guó)出臺(tái)了眾多關(guān)于職業(yè)健康安全管理方面的安全法規(guī)，使企業(yè)安全管理具有規(guī)范性。但仍有許多企業(yè)發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故，其中一個(gè)重要的原因是企業(yè)在運(yùn)行過程中未有效地遵守相關(guān)安全法規(guī)，實(shí)施安全法規(guī)合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)可以幫助企業(yè)識(shí)別與之相關(guān)的法規(guī)要求，改善企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全管理水平。
在進(jìn)行合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)可以使用安全法規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)提高工作效率，減少企業(yè)的工作量，從而使合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)高效快捷的進(jìn)行。合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)需要遵循一定的方法和步驟，確保評(píng)價(jià)工作的有序，提高工作的效率以及減少出錯(cuò)率。在評(píng)價(jià)過程中企業(yè)總會(huì)遇到各種各樣的問題，如安全法規(guī)的收集及辨識(shí)、安全法規(guī)的落實(shí)、評(píng)價(jià)工作合理正常進(jìn)行等，針對(duì)這些問題企業(yè)需要引起重視，并對(duì)在評(píng)價(jià)工作中的出現(xiàn)問題給予一定的建議或者解決措施。
通過對(duì)安全法規(guī)合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)的分析與研究，使企業(yè)了解合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)的重要性以及必要性，并對(duì)合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行步驟和內(nèi)容有一定的了解，而且針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)過程中的一些問題，給與關(guān)注和重視，并作出提前的預(yù)防措施和建議，使企業(yè)的安全法規(guī)合規(guī)性評(píng)價(jià)能夠合理有效的進(jìn)行。

ABSTRACT

But there is still a production safety accident occurs in many enterprises, one of the important reasons is the enterprise in the operation process is not effectively abide by the relevant security regulations, the implementation of safety regulations compliance eva luation can help enterprises to identify the related laws and regulations, improve the management level of enterprise production safety.
The eva luation of compliance can be used when the database safety regulations to improve work efficiency， reduce the workload of the enterprise， so that the eva luation of compliance with fast and efficient for. eva luation of compliance needs to follow certain methods and procedures， can ensure that the assessment work orderly， improve work efficiency and reduce the error rate. In the enterprise eva luation process encountered a variety of problems， such as the collection and identification of safety regulations， safety regulations， reasonable implementation eva luation work such as normal， aiming at these problems， enterprises should pay attention to， and to appear in the eva luation work problems give some suggestions or countermeasures.
