因此,為保證此類(lèi)車(chē)輛具有良好的制動(dòng)性能,除行車(chē)制動(dòng)器外,還應(yīng)裝備輔助制動(dòng)器,將車(chē)輪制動(dòng)器的負(fù)荷進(jìn)行分流,使車(chē)輪制動(dòng)器溫度控制在安全范圍內(nèi)。減速制動(dòng)器作為車(chē)輛的輔助制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)部件,它通過(guò)作用于傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)而減輕原車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的負(fù)荷,使車(chē)輛均勻減速,以提高車(chē)輛制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性,延長(zhǎng)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的使用壽命,并能由此而大幅度降低車(chē)輛使用成本。其中液力減速制動(dòng)器使用壽命長(zhǎng),制動(dòng)功率大,控制品質(zhì)好,適宜連續(xù)制動(dòng),具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。在國(guó)外,對(duì)車(chē)輛用液力緩速器己有相當(dāng)深入的研究和廣泛應(yīng)用,但是在國(guó)內(nèi)還處于理論研究,樣機(jī)開(kāi)發(fā)階段。
本文的研究目的就是在廣泛收集國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料的條件下,主要以某型號(hào)的液力緩速器進(jìn)行研究,并使用 MATLAB 軟件對(duì)裝有液力緩速器的熱交換器進(jìn)行性能仿真分析。主要包括以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:
(1)分析各種輔助制動(dòng)裝置的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并對(duì)液力緩速器工作原理和特點(diǎn), 進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析;詳細(xì)考察了國(guó)內(nèi)外液力緩速器研究、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、法規(guī)情況的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述了板翅式換熱器的應(yīng)用狀況、換熱器傳熱模型研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),確定了課題目標(biāo)及研究方向。
(2)本文以板翅式換熱器傳熱理論為基礎(chǔ),建立了熱交換系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并用 MATLAB 軟件中的 SIMULINK 進(jìn)行了仿真分析。

Abstract
In recent years, along with our country road traffic development, road traffic conditions and vehicle traffic capacity has greatly improved, and the loading capacity of highway freight vehicle and highway passenger demand is bigger and bigger, its range is more and more long, all kinds of performance of the vehicle are also rising, average speed is becoming more and more high.Although engine power in improving vehicle chooses, but driving vehicle brakes brake efficiency around the world have not bigger breakthrough, due to the restrictions on the size of the space, its cooling ability is limited, the frequent braking or continuous braking will appear under the conditions of high temperature accumulation, creating drivers, crew, passengers, vehicles and goods safety.
Therefore, to ensure that the vehicle has good braking performance, in addition to the vehicle brake, should also be equipped with auxiliary brake, the load of the wheel brake, make the wheel brake temperature control within the scope of the security.Deceleration brake as an auxiliary braking system of the vehicle parts, it is by acting on transmission system and reduce the original car brake system load, uniform vehicle deceleration and to improve the reliability of vehicle braking system, extend the service life of brake system, and can therefore reduce the cost of vehicle use.With long service life of hydraulic brake deceleration and braking power is big, good control quality, suitable for continuous braking, has wide application prospect.Abroad, for vehicle use own in-depth study of hydraulic retarder and widely used, but in China is still in the theoretical research, prototype development.
The research purpose of this article is under the condition of extensive collection of related data at home and abroad, mainly to study a type of hydraulic retarder, and the use of MATLAB software for the heat exchanger is equipped with hydraulic retarder performance simulation analysis.Content mainly includes the following several aspects:
(1) Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of auxiliary braking device, and the working principle and characteristics of the hydraulic retarder are analyzed in detail.Was investigated in detail at home and abroad research, the hydraulic retarder, laws and regulations, on the basis of the status quo of the application are reviewed in this paper, the application of plate-fin heat exchanger heat exchanger heat transfer model research status and development trend, the topic goal and the research direction is determined.
(2) In this paper, on the basis of plate-fin heat exchanger heat transfer theory, establishes the mathematical model of heat exchange system, using SIMULINK in MATLAB software simulation analysis.
