摘 要
隨著我國(guó)改革開放和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行信貸資產(chǎn),質(zhì)量持續(xù)下降,信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不斷上升。目前,在分析商業(yè)銀行信貸管理問題時(shí),多將重點(diǎn)放在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析上,從而忽視了作為評(píng)判企業(yè)按借款合同償還貸款本息的意愿和能力的信貸管理工作--信用分析。貸款的成敗和信貸資產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量很大程度上取決于信用分析是否科學(xué)可靠和信用分析工作是否完善健全。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用的信用分析原理來自西方商業(yè)銀行,西方普遍采用信用分析系統(tǒng), 效果顯著。本文描敘了商業(yè)信貸管理分析系統(tǒng)中客戶智能模塊(信用分析)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),從企業(yè)和個(gè)人兩種不同的客戶類型分析了影響客戶信用分析的各種因素。并以此為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了智能評(píng)估模塊,以幫助商業(yè)銀行提高信貸資金使用率,信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。
本文從信用分析在商業(yè)信貸管理的作用開始闡述,介紹了信用分析的重要性和影響信用等級(jí)評(píng)定的各個(gè)因素。個(gè)人信用等級(jí)通過個(gè)人基本信息進(jìn)行評(píng)定,企業(yè)信用等級(jí)則通過企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)資料和非財(cái)務(wù)資料進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估。
通過信用分析,商業(yè)銀行負(fù)責(zé)人能夠客觀的了解企業(yè)或個(gè)人的實(shí)力大小和還款能力,從而判斷借款人的信用程度的高低, 減少呆帳逾帳和信貸資金的流失。由于項(xiàng)目近期上線,尚不能看到其明顯效果。

Commercial Bank Credit Management Analysis System Customer Intelligence Assessment Module Design and Implementation
Abstract
With China's reform, opening up and the market economy develops further, State-owned commercial bank credit asset quality continued to decline, rising credit risk. Currently, in the analysis of the commercial bank credit management issues, more focus on risk analysis, thus ignored by enterprises evaluating loan contracts to repay the principal and interest of loans will and capacity management of the credit -- credit hours Analysis. The success of loans and credit assets depends to a large extent on the quality of credit analysis is scientifically reliable and whether credit analysis integrity.
The design of the credit analysis from the tenets of Western Commercial Bank, Western commercial banks generally use credit analysis system, obviously. This paper describes the analysis of commercial credit management system customer’s intelligent module (credit analysis) design and implementation. Enterprises and individuals from two different types of customers affected customer’s credit analysis of the factors. And on this basis, the development of intelligent design evaluation module to help commercial banks raise funds to credit utilization, the quality of credit assets.
This paper from the credit analysis in commercial credit management role began to elaborate, introduced a credit analysis of the importance and impact of credit ratings of various factors. Personal credit rating through basic personal information is assessed. Corporate credit rating through the financial information and non-financial information for comprehensive assessment。
Through credit analysis, Commercial banks can objective understanding of the business or individual strength size and repayment ability. Thus judge the borrower's credit rating to the level of bad debts over to reduce the incidence of accounts and credit losses. Due to the recent item on the line, he still can not see the obvious results.
