競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是殘酷的,昔日優(yōu)勢(shì)可能轉(zhuǎn)為劣勢(shì)也只是轉(zhuǎn)瞬之間:四川長(zhǎng)虹對(duì)兩敗俱傷的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)策略的青睞、福特(Ford)公司對(duì)低成本經(jīng)濟(jì)型汽車(chē)戰(zhàn)略的依賴就是最好的例子。企業(yè)是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的源泉,千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)的他們共同支撐著社會(huì)的發(fā)展。但競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈卻讓他們?cè)趭A縫中困難的掙扎求存,同時(shí)也親眼見(jiàn)證經(jīng)濟(jì)的興衰。本文試以可持續(xù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)作為研究的目的,從四因素模型作為切入口,采用建模分析的為研究方法,試圖構(gòu)建出一個(gè)合適的持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系。通過(guò)該體系的構(gòu)建從而考核或建立一個(gè)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)。

Abstract
Looks over the American Enterprise for hundred years, how many can continue to be on the post list of Fortune 500 biggest companies except only General Electric? And who can in the front row for hundred years? The competition is brutal, in former days the superiority possibly transferred the inferiority also is only in an instant: The Sichuan Rainbow to the mutually wounded price war strategy's favor, the Ford Company to the low cost economy automobile strategy's dependence is the best example. The enterprise is the world economics prop, is the world economic development fountainhead, millions of they are supporting society's development silently together, but competes intensely actually lets them difficult struggle in the crevice asks to save, also with own eyes prosperity and decline testimony economy. This article tries by the sustainable management to take the research the goal, uses the four factor models to build a system. Through this system's construction, the basic goal is the enterprise to going-concern driver.
