摘 要
近年來隨著社會經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)規(guī)模的不斷擴大,我國建筑業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。各種高、大建筑物愈來愈多,建筑上遇到的復(fù)雜地質(zhì)情況也愈來愈棘手,建筑物的基礎(chǔ)工程越來越重要。為了滿足建筑物對地基承載力和沉降的要求,樁基的使用已日益普及。靜壓PHC(先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力高強混凝土管樁)管樁,因其單樁承載力高、施工靈活、工程造價低、環(huán)保性好、施工速度快等優(yōu)點,而被廣泛應(yīng)用于各類建筑物和構(gòu)筑物的基礎(chǔ)工程上。但在施工中常發(fā)生爆樁、斷樁、斜樁、偏位等質(zhì)量問題,因此對靜壓PHC管樁質(zhì)量問題研究具有重要的理論及實際意義。本文回顧了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的發(fā)展歷史,介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土管樁的特點和適用條件,著重以某工程靜壓PHC管樁為例,介紹了本工程靜壓PHC管樁施工工藝及質(zhì)量檢查,詳細闡述了本工程靜壓PHC管樁施工過程中爆樁問題、斷樁問題,并詳細進行質(zhì)量問題的分析與處理,以滿足設(shè)計與規(guī)范要求,采取必要的預(yù)防措施指導(dǎo)施工, 以避免再次發(fā)生類似事故,具有重要的理論及工程實際意義。

The quality analysis and handling of the static pressing of PHC Piles in an engineering project
Abstract
In recent years, with sustained and rapid socio-economic development and expanding urban construction scale, China's construction industry is showing a trend of booming. As there are more and more high and large buildings, and construction issues on the complex geological conditions are also more and more difficult, the basis engineering of building is more and more important. In order to meet the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and settlement of buildings, the use of pile has become increasingly popular. Therefore the static pressing PHC (pre-tensioned high strength concrete pipe) pipes are widely used on the basic projects in all types of buildings and structures because of its high bearing capacity, construction flexibility, low cost, environmental protection and faster construction etc. Moreover, problems on the piles such as explosion, cuttings, inclining and deviation often occurred in the course of construction, so the study of the quality of PHC Piles is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper reviews the development history, characteristics and application conditions of prestressed concrete pipe. Taking the pipe in a specific project as an example, the paper introduces the construction technology and quality check along with the analysis and handling of the problems of explosion, cuttings etc to meet the standard of design and take the necessary precautionary measures in case of similar incidents, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.
