摘要：
針對東汽生產(chǎn)的超超臨界N660-25/600/600汽輪機在啟動或停機過程中，汽輪機#1、#2軸瓦出現(xiàn)低速碾瓦事故，對汽輪機頂軸系統(tǒng)和潤滑油系統(tǒng)、汽輪機啟動運行方式、可傾瓦軸承結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究，對可能導(dǎo)致軸瓦低速碾瓦的原因進行分析，采取了相應(yīng)的技術(shù)措施，重新增加了#1、#2軸承頂軸油系統(tǒng)；加大了#1、#2軸瓦進油節(jié)流孔直徑；增大了該軸瓦的曲率半徑；更改了機組運行方式等。通過以上的技術(shù)改造，取得了非常明顯效果。通過長時間的運行，徹底解決了東汽相同機組低速碾瓦的事故。
