注射用頭孢美唑鈉細菌內(nèi)毒素的檢測

摘要：考察檢測注射用頭孢美唑鈉內(nèi)毒素法的建立。本實驗的細菌內(nèi)毒素檢測參照我國藥典2010年版的二部附錄中[1]的要求來實驗操作。根據(jù)不一樣批號的頭孢美唑鈉用不一樣的鱟試劑做干擾實驗。當對內(nèi)毒素檢測沒有影響時頭孢美唑鈉濃度為1.0mg·ml-1。鱟實驗應用檢測注射用頭孢美唑鈉是行得通的，傳統(tǒng)檢查可被鱟實驗取代，檢測注射用頭孢美唑鈉內(nèi)毒素可以把握該產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和臨床給藥。

Determination of Bacterial Endotoxins in Cefmetazole Sodium for Injection
