摘 要

　　隨著酒店規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大，客房數(shù)量的急劇增加，有關(guān)客房的各種信息量也在不斷成倍增長(zhǎng)。面對(duì)龐大的信息量，就需要有客房信息管理系統(tǒng)來提高客房管理工作的效率。
　　本系統(tǒng)采用了asp技術(shù)和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的酒店管理。再本系統(tǒng)里，主要是對(duì)客房的信息、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況及客戶信息的管理。為管理者提供迅速、高效的服務(wù)，減免手工處理的煩瑣與誤差，及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的反映酒店的工作情況、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況以及顧客對(duì)酒店的反饋意見。
　　本系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)、交互式、具有在線訂房、酒店系統(tǒng)管理等功能的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)，它方便、快捷，易與客戶交流，提供最新服務(wù)消息。建立后的系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)、交互式、用戶留言等功能的管理系統(tǒng)。

ABSTRACT
