摘 要
組合機床是用于加工一種工件或工件的一定工序的機床,它可以同時用許多刀具進行切削,機床的輔助動作部分地實現(xiàn)了自動化,生產(chǎn)效率高。本篇論文所設計的多工位軸鉆床屬于專用機床的范疇,,它是根據(jù)工件(車輪)的特點,采用多把刀具同時加工出多個孔,其所要完成的工藝范圍是擴—鉸,操作方便,效率高?;剞D(zhuǎn)工作臺及傳動件的設計;第三章為回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的設計。其中回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺及傳動件的設計,特別是回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺的設計是本文的主要部分。多軸鉆床的部件設計就是在總體設計的基礎上,開展機床各部件的設計,然后進行零件的設計。

Abstract
Combine the tool machine uses for the tool machine that processes the certain work preface of a kind of work piece or the work piece exclusively, it can have to carry on slice to pare with many knifes at the same time, the assistance action partly of the tool machine carried out the automation, producing the efficiency highly. Many axles drilling machine that this text design belongs to the appropriation tool machine, namely six stalk expand-wring appropriation tool machine, it according to the characteristics of the work piece( car wheel), adopt many cutters processes a lot of holes ( six holes) at the same time, the craft scope that it want to be finished is to expand- wring.
The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter of the overall design; Chapter II of the machine overall layout; Chapter III of the main drive axle box and pieces of the design; Chapter IV of the spindle box design. Which spindle drive tanks and pieces of the design, especially the spindle box design is the main part of this paper. Among them the part of many axles drilling machine is designed, especially the design of principal axles box is a main part of this text. It is to launch the design of every part of the lathe on the basis of the thing that design virally that the part of many axle drilling machine is designed, then carry on the design of the part.
