摘要 目前在變電所大多采用手動(dòng)進(jìn)行電壓各無(wú)功的調(diào)節(jié).隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,用電負(fù)荷的劇增,且用電負(fù)荷日趨復(fù)雜,值班員手動(dòng)進(jìn)行電壓和無(wú)功調(diào)節(jié)的工作量大大增加,而且不能滿足電壓質(zhì)量的要求.在下級(jí)變電所調(diào)節(jié)后,上級(jí)變電所若再調(diào)節(jié)電壓,將使下級(jí)變電所的電壓超出合格范圍,相互之間不能以一個(gè)全網(wǎng)的觀念來(lái)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),而造成重復(fù)勞動(dòng)。在現(xiàn)今設(shè)備性能越來(lái)越可靠,用微機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)收集各個(gè)變電所的母線電壓和無(wú)功參數(shù)后,根據(jù)一系列人工設(shè)定的準(zhǔn)則使系統(tǒng)各個(gè)母線電壓調(diào)整在合格范圍,并且使無(wú)功合理分配,減小線損,使調(diào)節(jié)次數(shù)不超過(guò)規(guī)定范圍,最終減輕值班員的負(fù)擔(dān),為變電所實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人值班創(chuàng)造前提條件.本文就電壓無(wú)功控制裝置的控制方式,各種方式的特點(diǎn),硬件組成,軟件功能,和控制策略、閉鎖條件進(jìn)行闡述.并具體說(shuō)明了其在變電所的應(yīng)用所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Summary It adjusts VQ manually in most substation now. With the quick development of social economy,the amount of using electricity is increasing quickly and complicatedly.So the working of operator adjusting voltage and Q manually is increasing fast and cann’t satisfy the qulity requment. After the junior substation adjusting,if senior substation wants to adjust voltage,it will make the voltage in junior substation exceed the qualified range,which make it not adjust voltage each other and lead to work repeatly. The performance of device is more and more reliable now. Collecting the voltage of every substation through automatic control system by computer, making the system adjust every voltage in the qualified range based on a series of standard that man made and Q distribute rationally,reduceing ullage and making the amount of adjusting not execcd the stipulate range in order to reduce the operator’s burden and create condition for operating automation in substation.The paper introduces the style of VQC device,the characteristic of various style,the composing of hardware,the function of software,the way of control and the condition of stop , The paper also introduces the economic benefit for the application in substation.
