摘要
螺旋輸送機(jī)是一種不具有撓性牽引構(gòu)件的旋轉(zhuǎn)類型的物料輸送機(jī)械，是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)和物流運(yùn)輸不可缺少的重要機(jī)械設(shè)備之一。它的廣泛應(yīng)用對(duì)于提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，實(shí)現(xiàn)物料輸送過(guò)程的機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化，都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
對(duì)于螺旋輸送機(jī)，在工程設(shè)計(jì)及使用中還存在一些的缺陷，如參數(shù)選擇不合理等。目前，螺旋輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)仍是依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式計(jì)算，在經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式中許多參數(shù)的選擇是在一定范圍內(nèi)憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)選取的，這使得螺旋輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)較落后，無(wú)法提高其設(shè)計(jì)水平和提高產(chǎn)品的性能。
文中對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行了較全面論述，了解了螺旋輸送機(jī)的類型、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。闡明了螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作原理。并根據(jù)螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作原理、工作條件、輸送要求等設(shè)計(jì)一螺旋輸送機(jī)。該螺旋輸送機(jī)用于水泥的水平輸送，根據(jù)輸送量以及輸送路程設(shè)計(jì)出螺旋直徑，計(jì)算了螺旋功率以及根據(jù)功率選擇了電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器和聯(lián)軸器能較好地解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題。
最后對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)的安裝及平時(shí)保養(yǎng)做出了總結(jié)。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)今后的設(shè)計(jì)工作將有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義和價(jià)值。

Abstract
The screw conveyor is the necessary device of modern manufacturing and material fluid transportation. In order to reduce people's heavy physical work, to raise working productivity, to achieve material-conveying automation and mechanization, it possesses very important practical significance. It has already widely used in many country departments. Screw conveyors are used extensively in industry for conveying and elevating bulk materials over relatively short distances. They are very effective conveying devices for relatively free flowing bulk solids.
　　This paper comes from an investigation practical problem, which is put forward during the institute of construction machinery research makes some surveys. In fact, for screw conveyors, there are many problems in design, use, engineering, such as configuration design, non-reasonable in parameters choice and not convenience of acting machines. Thus there is often defect when materials are conveyed, for example, materials jam, noise, power wastage. These problems need urgent settlements.
The text of the screw conveyor in a more comprehensive discussion about the type of screw conveyor, the development of the status quo. To clarify the working principle of the screw conveyor. Screw conveyor in accordance with the working principle, working conditions, transportation requirements to design a screw conveyor. The screw conveyor for conveying the level of cement, according to throughput and transmission distance diameter spiral design, computing power, as well as a spiral in accordance with the power to choose a motor, reducer and coupling to solve practical problems.
At last, some research work is made about the influences of parameters during screw conveyors conveying bulks. This can direct later research work about screw conveyors design work, and has practical significance.
