本設(shè)計(jì)主要是3Z行星齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)其中包括配齒計(jì)算,傳動(dòng)效率計(jì)算以及行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等等。設(shè)計(jì)中的計(jì)算公式及一些名詞解釋主要引自《行星齒輪傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)》.設(shè)計(jì)中,先從行星齒輪的發(fā)展以及行星齒輪優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等基本概況展開(kāi)介紹,并引用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。再用得出的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)配合實(shí)際性能要求進(jìn)行行星齒輪系統(tǒng)的配齒,傳動(dòng)效率計(jì)算和行星齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等等。為了更清晰表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,關(guān)鍵的設(shè)計(jì)部分(如軸)應(yīng)配上簡(jiǎn)圖。箱體、軸承及密封潤(rùn)滑根據(jù)受力和設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行選擇。待數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算完畢,附上了系統(tǒng)的裝備圖和零件圖。最后在設(shè)計(jì)的末尾添加外文、翻譯、附錄A、B、參考文獻(xiàn)和致謝。

Abstract
This design is 3 Z planetary gear including the design with teeth, the transmission efficiency of computing gear and structural design, and so on. Design of the formula and some terminology with the main "planetary gear drive design." Design, the development of first gear and planetary gear advantages and disadvantages, such as basic profiles start, and optimize the design methods used to optimize the design. Then come to the optimal design data with actual performance requirements of the planetary gear system with teeth, the transmission efficiency of computing gear and structural design, and so on. In order to express more clearly the content design, the key part of the design (such as axis) should thumbs. Box, the bearings lubricated and sealed in accordance with the force and design requirements to choose. data calculated to be completed, the attached map of the system equipment and spare parts In the final design added at the end of a foreign language, translation, Appendix A, B, references and thanks.
