摘 要

　　賓館管理信息系統(tǒng)面對(duì)強(qiáng)大的信息量可以輕松的管理，減少了在管理上面物力和人力，有利于賓館提高工作效率和賓館效益。面對(duì)龐大的信息量，賓館在正常運(yùn)營(yíng)中需要對(duì)客房資源、顧客信息、結(jié)算信息進(jìn)行管理，利用賓館管理信息系統(tǒng)及時(shí)了解保個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中信息的變更，有利于提高管理的效率.通過(guò)這樣的系統(tǒng)，可以做到信息的規(guī)范管理、需要統(tǒng)計(jì)和快速的查詢(xún)，從而減少在管理方面的工作量。采用VFP6.0程序來(lái)編寫(xiě)，一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是至關(guān)重要的。　　本文從符合操作簡(jiǎn)單、界面友好、靈活、實(shí)用、安全的要求出發(fā)，它所完成的主要功能有以下幾個(gè)方面：1）系統(tǒng)部分：主要完成安全權(quán)限?！?）客房信息管理部分：主要完成對(duì)客房信息及客房標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息的查詢(xún)，修改等管理?！?）訂房信息管理部分：主要完成訂房信息的查詢(xún)，修改等管理及剩余客房信息查詢(xún)的管理。　4）結(jié)算信息管理部分：主要完成對(duì)結(jié)算信息的查詢(xún)，修改，添加等?！　≌撐闹饕榻B了本課題的開(kāi)發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程。重點(diǎn)的說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)思想、難點(diǎn)技術(shù)和解決方案?！　　　?br>關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，VFP6.0,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，客房信息管理

ABTRACT　
The guest house management information system faces mighty amount of information can then relaxed management, reduce at manage the top material resources with manpower, benefit to guest house increase work efficiency with guest house performance.Face the huge amount of information, the guest house needs to proceed the management to the guest room resources, customer information, balance of accounts information in normally carried camp, making use of the guest house management information system on time the understanding protects a link inside the alteration of the information, benefitting to the efficiency of the management of exaltation.Pass such system, can attain the norm management of the information and need the search that statistics with quickly, from but workload reducing in the aspects of managing.The adoption VFP6.0 procedure comes to weaves to write, a development of system establishes the database is important to the pass.　　 this text from match the operation simple, the interface amity, vivid, practical and safe request sets out, it a main function for completing has below a few aspects:　　 1) system part:Complete the safe legal power primarily.　　 2) guest room information management part:Complete primarily to the search between guest room information and guest room standard information, modification etc. management.　　 3) order the building information management part:Complete the search that order the building information primarily, the management of modification etc. management and surplus guest room information search.　　 4) balance of accounts information management part:Complete primarily to the search of the balance of accounts information, modification, increase etc..The thesis of 　　 introduced this lesson a process for of the background of development, the finished function wanted with development primarily.The point that point explained the system the design, design thought, a little bit difficult technique with solution.
