【摘要】在市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展越來越完善的今天,一個企業(yè)的成長與壯大靠的不再是單純的資本與技術的投入,如何使資本,技術以及其他資源充分合理的利用成為企業(yè)所考慮的首要問題。作為資源環(huán)節(jié)中最重要的一塊——人力資源,已經(jīng)不再是作為一種成本來看待,而更多的是把他作為一種突破口,來實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的效用最大化。因此,與之相適應的企業(yè)人力資源的績效評估機制越來越被企業(yè)所重視,公平有效的績效評估可以充分的發(fā)揮人力在資源利用中所扮演的關鍵角色,同時也能達到企業(yè)各項職能與資源的整合,促進共同的發(fā)展。所以,績效評估旨在起到一種杠桿作用來達到激勵的效果,下面將具體的來介紹兩者之間的關系。

Therefore, the performance eva luation is to play a leverage to achieve the effect of incentives, the following specific to introduce the relationship between the two.
