摘 要
隨著近年來我國蔬菜出口的迅速崛起，蔬菜加工出口已成為我國的重要創(chuàng)匯渠道。但疏菜加工機(jī)械卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)滯后于蔬菜出口的發(fā)展，并且價格昂貴。由此我們研制了多功能蔬菜加工機(jī)，一機(jī)多用，取代了部分功能單一、效率低下、價格昂貴的進(jìn)口機(jī)械。本文首先研究了蔬菜切割、輸送、定位、成型的基本理論，然后設(shè)計了多功能蔬菜加工機(jī)的切削裝置、送料裝置和傳動機(jī)構(gòu)等，使之能夠達(dá)到對塊根狀及葉菜狀蔬菜進(jìn)行切片、絲、段等規(guī)格形狀的加工。同時應(yīng)用新科技，采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)字調(diào)速電機(jī)，省去復(fù)雜的變速機(jī)構(gòu)與調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)。試驗表明，該設(shè)備出成率、效率達(dá)到進(jìn)口機(jī)械水平，價格較進(jìn)口設(shè)備降低50%以上，可填補(bǔ)此類機(jī)械的國內(nèi)空白，取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益

Abstract
With the development of the imported vegetable of our county on the recent year, the imported adding vegetable has become important entrance money o f china. But the cutting machine of vegetable is more dropped than the development of the imported vegetable. The price of the imported machine is costly comparatively. So we have study and produced the more function vegetable cutting machine.
This machine is more used; this machine can replace the imported machine of the part of simple function, low efficiency and costly price. This article have study the basic theory of the cutting, transporting, fixed and grown-up pattern firstly, so we researched and designed the cutting open--device, the returned material--device and the transmitted- organization etc. of the more function vegetable Working-machine. It can become the block root and leaf-vegetable at the regular Shape of sheet, silk section etc. At the same time, it applies the new science, it adopts the advanced electrical machinery in cutting, and it omits the organization of the complicated transformation speed and adjustment. Experiment and Proved, price of equipment can reduce 50%, Compared with imported equipment, the rate of finished product and efficient can reach level of imported machine. It can stuff national blank of this kind of machine. It has obtained the good economic results and science utility.
