摘 要

近幾年來(lái)，隨著電子商務(wù)的蓬勃發(fā)展，物流在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色。江西郵政物流是江西物流行業(yè)的重要組成部分，如何在新形勢(shì)下發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，向社會(huì)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效的的物流服務(wù)，是一個(gè)亟待解決的重要課題。
本文主要針對(duì)江西郵政發(fā)展電子商務(wù)物流進(jìn)行可行性分析，并對(duì)其如何選擇和制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究，旨在尋求一條適合江西郵政電子商務(wù)物流發(fā)展的道路。其主要內(nèi)容一共分為四部分，首先，對(duì)電子商務(wù)和物流的概念做了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的概括；其次，從必要性、有利條件、效應(yīng)分析三個(gè)方面對(duì)江西郵政發(fā)展電子商務(wù)物流作可行性分析；再次，利用SWOT工具，對(duì)江西郵政發(fā)展電子商務(wù)物流的戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行探討；最后，提出了江西郵政發(fā)展電子商務(wù)物流過(guò)程中可能遇到的問(wèn)題及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。

Abstract

　　Nowadays, with the development of E-commerce, logistics plays an increasingly important role in the social economy. As a very important part of the logistics industry in Jiangxi, the post logistics still face many problems such as how to take advantages of Jiangxi post and extensive restructuring, as well as offering high-quality, cheap and efficient express service, all the problems urgently need to solve.
　　In order to find a suitable way for developing the post logistics, the paper analyses the present situation of Jiangxi logistics. First, it introduces the relationship between E-commerce and logistics; Second, the feasibility of developing E-commerce logistics is analyzed from three aspects; Third, it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangxi post E-commerce logistics by using the tools of SWOT; Finally, the paper put forward a solution according to the problems in the developing process.
