摘 要
學(xué)分管理系統(tǒng)是一種典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)（MIS），該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要包括后臺的數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立、維護(hù)以及前端的相應(yīng)應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個方面的內(nèi)容，數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護(hù)主要要求其管理數(shù)據(jù)的一致性、完整性、安全性等特點，而前臺的應(yīng)用程序開發(fā)則要求做到功能完備、操作簡便、易學(xué)易用以及最主要的智能性等特點。鑒于課題的要求和所學(xué)知識，經(jīng)過認(rèn)真的分析和篩選，我選擇Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0及Microsoft Access 統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境,使用Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0編程可以方便的訪問Microsoft Access建立的數(shù)據(jù)庫， 微軟公司的面對對象的程序開發(fā)軟件Visual Basic日益成為當(dāng)前所流行的主流開發(fā)工具。作為其顯著的特色之一，VB所提供的網(wǎng)格類控件，在實際的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程中具有很大的實用性和靈活性。該系統(tǒng)有兩個主要特點：其一是利用特征函數(shù)建立模糊集以實現(xiàn)監(jiān)考安排的智能性，其二是利用特征匹配技術(shù)實現(xiàn)教室安排的合理性。

Abstract
This arrangement system is a typical application of managing information system (known as MIS), which mainly includes setting up database of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. The former required consistent and integrality and security of data. The later should make the application powerful, easily used, especially its intelligent. By looking up lots of datum, I choose Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access as the developing environment of my system. Making use of Visual Basic 6.0 to program could visit conveniently database which set by Microsoft Access. The software of visual basic developed by Microsoft corporation is becoming one of the main develop tools at today. As its remarkable peculiarity, the Grid control has every great practical and active use. The system has two main characteristics: one is the intelligence of invigilating arrangement using the fuzzy set built by characteristic; the other is the reasonableness of the classroom arrangement by special matching technology.
