遼寧省建平縣鐵礦業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思考


摘要：近年來(lái)，鐵礦業(yè)在遼寧省建平縣迅速興起，成為該縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支撐。但由于鐵礦業(yè)對(duì)于建平還是一個(gè)年輕的產(chǎn)業(yè)，無(wú)論政府管理還是企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)都缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)。從政府方面看，地方管理措施不健全，國(guó)家政策執(zhí)行不力，亂采亂挖等現(xiàn)象屢禁不止；從企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面看，存在著投資不足、工藝落后、安全隱患大等一系列問(wèn)題，嚴(yán)重影響了鐵礦業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)建平縣鐵礦業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中問(wèn)題的分析，結(jié)合建平縣鐵礦經(jīng)營(yíng)的具體特點(diǎn)，提出了招商引資、網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷以及建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度等可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。

Strategic Consideration on the Development of Iron Mineral Industry of
Jianping Country Liaoning Province


Abstract: In recent years,the iron mineral industry emerges rapidly in Jianping country Liaoning Province and becomes an important support of economic development. But, because the iron mineral industry is a young industry for Jianping country,regardless of the management from the government or the enterprises all lack of experiences. Looking from the government aspect,the local authority’s management measures are not perfect,the execution of national policy doesn’t strength,the phenomenon of randomly mining endures repeatedly to continue and so on;Looking from the enterprises’ management and operation aspect, there are a series of problems,ike the investment’s insufficiency,the craft’s backwardness,the security danger hidden in a big way and so on.They have seriously affected the sustainable development of iron mineral industry of jianping country.This article analyses the management problems in Jianping county’s iron mineral industry unifying the concrete characteristics of Jianping’s iron management,and proposes sustainable development strategies like the attraction of investments, the network marketing as well as the establishment of modern enterprise system.
