論我國行政違法及相應(yīng)對(duì)

摘要：本文作者對(duì)我國行政執(zhí)行過程中的各種違法現(xiàn)象作出了簡單的介紹；根據(jù)我國政府進(jìn)一步完善法治社會(huì)，依法行政的要求，通過對(duì)行政違法的特征以及一些案例的研究，來論述行政違法的現(xiàn)象、原因以及相應(yīng)的防范措施。行政執(zhí)法不僅關(guān)系到法治社會(huì)的建立，也關(guān)系到權(quán)力到所有者――人民群眾的切身利益。因此，通過對(duì)行政違法的探討和建議，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)行政法治工作，懲處行政違法違紀(jì)行為，對(duì)促進(jìn)我國法律法規(guī)的貫徹實(shí)施，全面落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，維護(hù)人民群眾的根本利益，建設(shè)法治性社會(huì)具有十分重要的意義。

Abstract: The author of this thesis has made the simple introduction to various illegal phenomennon in the course of administrative execution in our country.According to our government's request which further improve the society governed by law and administering the state according to law , through the study on administration's illegal characteristic and some cases , the author come to discuss illegal phenomenon , reasons and corresponding precautionary measures in administration. The administrative law enforcement not merely reflects on the foundation of society governed by law,but concern the administrative right owner - -The people's vital interests.Therefore, through the discussion and suggestion to the illegal phenomenon of the administration,it have important meanings to strengthen the administration and rule by law,punish the administrative activities against law and discipline, promote the laws and the regulations of our country carrying out , implement the scientific development view in an all-round way, safeguard the people's basic benefit , and build a law society
