隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，計算機(jī)在小區(qū)管理中應(yīng)用的普及，利用計算機(jī)實現(xiàn)小區(qū)管理勢在必行。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合小區(qū)的經(jīng)理部、管理部、辦公室管理及保安部管理、系統(tǒng)管理，經(jīng)過實際的需求分析，采用功能強(qiáng)大的Delphi6.0作為開發(fā)工具，采用成熟的軟件研制技術(shù)，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫采用access2000而開發(fā)出來的單機(jī)版小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。
整個系統(tǒng)從符合操作簡便、界面友好、靈活、實用、安全的要求出發(fā)，完成經(jīng)理部、管理部、辦公室管理、保安部管理及系統(tǒng)管理的全過程，包括業(yè)主信息查詢、人口信息查詢、小區(qū)員工查詢、業(yè)主信息登記、人口信息登記、小區(qū)制度管理、人口信息查詢以及辦公室文檔管理、辦公室文檔查詢、保安排班管理、保安排班查詢、數(shù)據(jù)備份、用戶權(quán)限管理等小區(qū)管理工作。
