摘  要
   隨著現(xiàn)代計算機技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,高新技術(shù)在現(xiàn)代設(shè)計中應(yīng)用的越來越廣泛,如CAD/CAM/CAE等計算機輔助設(shè)計方法在國際上應(yīng)用越來越普遍。這些設(shè)計方法不但提高了設(shè)計速度,而且設(shè)計出來的產(chǎn)品更加可靠美觀,并且可以節(jié)省大量的人力、物力,大大提高產(chǎn)品的競爭力。在生產(chǎn)實際當(dāng)中,回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的應(yīng)用非常廣泛,它是機床中傳遞力與運動的重要部件。本文是針對數(shù)控機床的迅速發(fā)展,應(yīng)用計算機輔助設(shè)計的方法設(shè)計一種氣動斜楔式回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤。
   本次設(shè)計中,采用三維CAD以及動態(tài)仿真分析等現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法建立了回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的實體模型、完成結(jié)構(gòu)裝配及進(jìn)行裝配仿真,并對三爪動力回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的工作原理及其設(shè)計計算進(jìn)行了分析。通過力的平衡方程,得出夾緊力與推拉力的關(guān)系。在設(shè)計過程中,首先對回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的原理方案進(jìn)行了選定,根據(jù)原理進(jìn)行回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。然后根據(jù)主參數(shù)進(jìn)行回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的力學(xué)分析,并對回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的精度進(jìn)行了分析。最后,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計進(jìn)行了回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的裝配工藝設(shè)計及仿真。
   裝配工藝規(guī)劃是產(chǎn)品裝配設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容,是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中一個極其重要的環(huán)節(jié), 直接影響到產(chǎn)品的最終質(zhì)量。因此在回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤設(shè)計中,采用Solidworks軟件,進(jìn)行建模仿真,根據(jù)回轉(zhuǎn)分度盤的結(jié)構(gòu)裝配制定出裝配工藝。

Abstract
   With the rapid development of modern computer technology, high-tech applications in modern design more and more extensive computer-aided design methods such as CAD / CAM / CAE applications in the international arena is becoming increasingly common. These design methods not only improve the design speed, and design products more reliable and beautiful, and can save a lot of manpower, material, greatly improving the competitiveness of their products. In which the actual production, rotary indexing plate is widely used, it is an important component of the force and motion passed in the machine. This article is for the rapid development of CNC machine tools, the application of computer-aided design methods to design a pneumatic wedge rotary indexing plate.
     In this design, the use of 3D CAD, as well as dynamic simulation analysis of modern design methods to establish a solid model of the rotary indexing plate to complete the structural assembly and assembly simulation, and three-jaw power rotary indexing plate working principle and design calculations were analyzed. Through the force balance equation, draw the clamping force and the push pull relationship. In the design process, the first principle of rotary indexing plate program selected according to the principles of structural design of rotary indexing plate. And mechanical analysis of the main parameters of rotary indexing plate, and the accuracy of rotary indexing plate is analyzed. Finally, according to the design of the structure of a rotary indexing plate assembly process design and simulation.
    Assembly process planning is the main content of the product assembly design, is an extremely important link in the production process, a direct impact on the final quality of the product. Rotary indexing plate design using Solidworks software, modeling and simulation to develop a structural assembly of the rotary indexing plate assembly process.
