信用卡是商業(yè)銀行的一個(gè)重要產(chǎn)品,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用 ,信用卡使持卡人的消費(fèi)更加方便和安全,信用卡能擴(kuò)大特約商戶的銷(xiāo)售和服務(wù),提高特約商戶的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。信用卡是商業(yè)銀行的一個(gè)重要的盈利來(lái)源,在許多國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行信用卡業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)生的利潤(rùn)一般要占到全部利潤(rùn)的30%以上,信用卡能刺激需求,提高社會(huì)消費(fèi)水平,信用卡業(yè)務(wù)快速健康發(fā)展能有力地促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。然而相對(duì)于近年來(lái)銀行卡業(yè)務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展我國(guó)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展卻相對(duì)緩慢,很重要的一個(gè)原因是信用卡的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題沒(méi)有得到有效的控制,我國(guó)的信用卡業(yè)務(wù)要快速健康的發(fā)展,首先就要解決信用卡的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題 。
本文從促進(jìn)信用卡發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用金融學(xué)、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論知識(shí),通過(guò)分析、比較等研究等方法,對(duì)如何改進(jìn)和完善我國(guó)信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行探討,分析我國(guó)信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)際工作中存在的問(wèn)題和解決辦法。
希望通過(guò)本文對(duì)我國(guó)信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題的探討, 能增強(qiáng)我國(guó)發(fā)卡銀行,持卡人, 特約商戶的信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力, 有效地控制我國(guó)信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障我國(guó)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展 ,從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展.

The credit card is an important earnings source of the commercial bank, at the output profits of many foreign commercial banks credit card business wants to have to all 30%s of profits generally above, the credit card can stimulate the need, exaltation the society consumes the level, the credit card business develops quickly and healthily and can promote the development of the our country economy emolliently. However opposite in in recent years the development of the quick development our country credit card business of the bank card business but opposite slow-moving, very important reason is the risk problem of the credit card and did not get the valid control, the credit card business of the our country want to be fast health of development, will resolve the risk problem of the credit card first.
This text from promote credit card the angle of the development set out, in drawing lessons from the domestic and international concerning the credit card risk to manage the foundation of the theories and method, making use of the finance to learn, the management learns the related theories knowledge of etc., pass analysis, comparison etc. research etc. method, to how improve and perfect our country the credit card risk management carry on the study, analysis our country the credit card risk manages the actual work in the existent problem and solutions.
