JIT采購模式在超市中的應用

摘 要
中國加入WTO以后，融入了世界經濟一體化，對國內企業(yè)帶來更多的機遇的同時，也帶來了更激烈的市場競爭，不少企業(yè)增強競爭能力，在采購上已經找到準確采用國際上比較成熟的JIT采購方法來降低采購成本，增加獲利能力。超市實行JIT采購模式將會減少庫存從而提高它的競爭能力，它是超市達到管理化模式必不可少一部分。本文簡要說明了采購在超市的重要地位。提出了 JIT采購在超市生機盎然采購中的應用，構建了JIT采購供應超市化管理模式。
