　　Abstract：To facilitate the management of the complex and vast distribution network，the East District Power Distribution Division of Guangzhou Power Supply Branch，GPG established a distribution network management information system based on Arcinfo platform of GIS （geographical information system）technique. This paper describes the objective，configuration，structure and technical features of the system，and presents the key technical problems needing attention during its construction.

　　隨著廣州市供電用戶的增加和配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的日益發(fā)展，如何更好地對結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、覆蓋面積廣的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行管理，成為管理層和基層生產(chǎn)部門面臨的重要問題。采用傳統(tǒng)的以紙圖為主的管理方式，已經(jīng)無法滿足生產(chǎn)管理和提高供電服務(wù)質(zhì)量的要求，必需建立一個企業(yè)級的配電網(wǎng)管理信息系統(tǒng)。2001年我們建立了廣州東區(qū)配營部配電網(wǎng)管理信息系統(tǒng)，采用的是Arcinfo平臺。下面就該系統(tǒng)的一些技術(shù)問題及項目在建設(shè)、實施過程中遇到的問題等進行探討。

配電網(wǎng)管理信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)是一項投資大、建設(shè)周期較長的規(guī)模工程，所以在系統(tǒng)啟動前，應(yīng)理順企業(yè)自身管理，目標設(shè)想充分，對開發(fā)商的技術(shù)實力和服務(wù)進行仔細考察，充分利用已有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、計算機和信息資源，只有這樣才能適應(yīng)不斷變化的市場要求。電力企業(yè)進行市場化后，所面臨的問題是提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量和自身管理水平。一個高效的配 電網(wǎng)管理信息系統(tǒng)將為今后的人員量化管理、用戶個性化服務(wù)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)輔助決策等提供有力的 保證。
