摘 要
20世紀90年代以后,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化及高新技術的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了顯著的變化。信息技術的高速發(fā)展使得企業(yè)能夠更迅速的獲得信息。全球一體化經(jīng)濟成為必然的趨勢。企業(yè)為了保持其競爭力,必須以協(xié)同的方式,把企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部物流、信息流、和資金流有效的整合起來。供應鏈思想的提出為實現(xiàn)企業(yè)上下游一體化提供了一個良好的溝通模式。為了適應市場的需要,高校做為人才培養(yǎng)的集居地,紛紛開設了供應鏈物流管理類的課程。
目前,供應鏈管理、物流管理類課程的教學模式還沒有一個成熟的方案,如何改革課堂教學模式也還需進一步探討。供應鏈和物流教學實驗平臺的研發(fā)就提供了這樣的一個平臺,它充分把握住了這類課程的教學大綱和教學要求,將原理、應用、教學融為一體。
采購和供應商管理是供應鏈及物流管理的重要組成部分,首先,闡述了采購和供應商管理實驗平臺的研究意義、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢;接著,對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具進行簡要介紹;然后,對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)進行了可行性論證和需求分析,介紹了采購和供應商的數(shù)據(jù)流和業(yè)務流,并根據(jù)以上的分析論述了采購和供應商系統(tǒng)的總體結構,對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設計進行詳細的描述,再介紹了系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設計與實現(xiàn)以及相關的技術特點和難點,描述了測試的相關問題;最后綜合概括了系統(tǒng)所實現(xiàn)的功能,分析了系統(tǒng)的特點, 并對系統(tǒng)不足之處進行了總結。

Abstract
90's in 20 centuries later, along with the fast shape of the economic globalization and the high new techniques, the business took place the explicit change of fixed cost the exterior environment of the section. Information the technical high speed shape make business can more the speedy acquire information. The global integral whole turns economies to become inevitable trend. The business has to flow the available to the business inner part and the exterior physical distribution ,the information streaming, and capital by being in conjunction with for keeping its competition ability whole put together. The submission of the supply chain thought for carried out a business to swim integral whole to turn to provide a good communication model up and down. For adapting the requirement of the market, the higher - school is used as what talented person develop to gather to reside earth, openinged a supply chain physical distribution management course in succession.
Currently, the teaching mode of the supply chain supervision,physical distribution management course also didn't a scheme of maturity, how reform the classroom teaching mode to also still need a further study. The development of the supply chain and the experiment terrace of the physical distribution teaching provided such of a terrace, it held this curricular syllabus and the teaching request well, merging into an integral whole the principle,application,teaching.
The procure and the supplier supervision are the important constitution fraction of the supply chain and physical distribution managements, elaborating procure and supplier to manage search meaning of testing the terrace and developing the actual state and trend first; Steer the short introduction to the system tapping tool immediately after; Then, steered the feasibility argument and demand analysis to the realize of the system, introduce the data streaming and traffic of the procure and supplier streaming, and according to above of analytical total structure discussed procure and the supplier system, steer detailed present to the system data bank design, introduced the design and realize and the related technique characteristics and crux of the system function mold piece again, describe test of related subject; Synthesized to generalize the function carried out by system finally, analyzed the characteristics of the system, and steered summary to the section of the system scarcity.
