數(shù)控機(jī)床的圓周進(jìn)給由回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)完成,回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)可以與X、Y、Z三個(gè)坐標(biāo)軸聯(lián)動(dòng),從而加工出各種球、圓弧曲面等。回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的自動(dòng)分度,擴(kuò)大了數(shù)控機(jī)床加工范圍。目前,數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)主要用于數(shù)控鏜床和銑床。隨著生產(chǎn)力水平的發(fā)展,數(shù)控技術(shù)越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。數(shù)控機(jī)車(chē)是數(shù)控技術(shù)最普遍的應(yīng)用。數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)是一種可以實(shí)現(xiàn)圓周進(jìn)給和分度運(yùn)動(dòng)的工作臺(tái),它常被使用于臥式的鏜床和加工中心上,可提高加工效率,完成更多的工藝,它主要由原動(dòng)力、齒輪傳動(dòng)、蝸桿傳動(dòng)、工作臺(tái)等部分組成,并可進(jìn)行間隙消除和蝸輪加緊,是一種很實(shí)用的加工工具。隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的應(yīng)用已成為歷史的必然。
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目是數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),讓我在步入社會(huì)之前,不僅能夠設(shè)計(jì)出數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái),而且能夠掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的方法和步驟。本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容包括:確定數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的傳動(dòng)方案;驅(qū)動(dòng)力計(jì)算及其他相關(guān)計(jì)算;零件設(shè)計(jì)與校核;零件圖的繪制與三維模型建立;繪制裝配圖及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。
對(duì)于數(shù)控回轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),首先,進(jìn)行總體方案設(shè)計(jì),傳動(dòng)方案采用齒輪傳動(dòng)和蝸桿傳動(dòng);然后進(jìn)行各零件的設(shè)計(jì)與校核,蝸桿與軸采用整體式結(jié)構(gòu);蝸輪與工作臺(tái)采用螺釘連接;工作臺(tái)的平衡通過(guò)止推軸承來(lái)保證;箱體由支座、箱蓋組成,最后,對(duì)各零件進(jìn)行裝配。

At present, nc rotary table boring and milling machine is mainly used for numerical control. Numerical control engine is the most common numerical control technology application. Nc rotary table is a kind of can realize went round and points to degree movement workbench, it is often used in the horizontal boring machine and machining center, can increase the processing efficiency, and get more process, and it mainly consists of impulsion, gear transmission, worm transmission, the components, and can eliminate and worm gearing up clearance, is a kind of very practical machining tools. With the application of numerical control technology is more and more extensive, nc rotary table application has become the inevitable history.
The graduation design on the topic of nc rotary table design. Through numerical control turning to the stage of the design, let me into the social before, can not only design the nc rotary table, and be able to master the methods and steps of mechanical design. This topic research include: make sure to turn the transmission scheme the numerical control; Driving force calculation and other related calculation; Component design and checking; Component drawing with the 3 d model establishment; The assembly drawing and movement simulation.
