[摘要] 水稻是我國(guó)的主要糧食作物，占全國(guó)谷物種植面積30%，產(chǎn)量占全國(guó)糧食產(chǎn)量40%，南方丘陵地區(qū)水稻種植面積約占全國(guó)的1/2，但田塊小,土地高低不平，一般0.01～0.1公頃/塊。南方水稻區(qū)地處丘陵地帶，田塊主要以梯田、爛泥田、不連塊、道路窄等為特點(diǎn)，選用小型聯(lián)合收割機(jī)為宜，行走裝置采用履帶式，以適應(yīng)水田作業(yè)。
本論文是設(shè)計(jì)4LZ-1200水稻聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的行走機(jī)構(gòu)，以適應(yīng)南方丘陵稻區(qū)水田作業(yè)。首先分析行走機(jī)構(gòu)的行走原理，確定與行走機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)性能有關(guān)的整機(jī)參數(shù)。再分析接地比壓和轉(zhuǎn)向能力，增強(qiáng)其防陷、轉(zhuǎn)向能力。然后設(shè)計(jì)行走輪系結(jié)構(gòu)，根據(jù)聯(lián)合收割機(jī)工作特點(diǎn)和系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)，利用履帶傳動(dòng)原理對(duì)聯(lián)合收割機(jī)的行走系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，計(jì)算各部件的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸并進(jìn)行校核，繪制出詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)圖，并做運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真。

Design the traveler of the 4LZ-1200 Rice Combine

[Abstract] Rice is China's main food crops, accounting for 30% of cultivated area of grain production accounted for 40% of the national grain output, the South Hills area of rice cultivation areas across the country about 1 / 2, but the Field small, rugged land, generally 0.01 ~ 0.1 hectares / block. In this paper, it is designed to combine the traveler of 4LZ-1200 Rice Combine in order to adapt to the south hills area of paddy field operations. First analysis the operating principle of the traveler to identify the machine parameters about the walk through the performance of traveler. Re-analysis of ground pressure and steering capabilities, to enhance its anti-depression, steering ability. And then walk round the design structure, in accordance with the work combines the characteristics and composition of the characteristics of the system, the use of crawler drive combines the principle of running the system design, calculation of the structure of the various components and check the size, structure chart to map out in detail, and simulation exercise.
