摘 要
艦船結(jié)構強度校核對于艦體結(jié)構安全具有重要意義。目前艦船結(jié)構強度校核主要是依據(jù)艦船通用規(guī)范進行,在根據(jù)艦船通用規(guī)范進行艦船結(jié)構強度校核時,規(guī)范要求條目繁瑣,計算量龐雜,目前國內(nèi)軍船研究設計部門還沒有高效的艦船結(jié)構強度校核軟件。因此為了提高艦船的結(jié)構強度評估的效率和系統(tǒng)性,本文依據(jù)艦船通用規(guī)范結(jié)構設計要求,利用Visual Basic6.0具有數(shù)據(jù)庫連接和數(shù)據(jù)處理技術,以Visual Basic6.0和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫為開發(fā)平臺開發(fā)了艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核系統(tǒng)。本文主要做了以下幾方面工作:
(1)分析研究艦船結(jié)構通用規(guī)范、高速水面艦艇結(jié)構設計計算規(guī)則、水面艦艇結(jié)構設計計算方法,確定了艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核系統(tǒng)框架、強度校核內(nèi)容、強度計算方法、強度標準等;
(2)應用Visual Basic6.0數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)接口技術創(chuàng)建艦船通用規(guī)范基礎數(shù)據(jù)庫。系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄了艦船通用規(guī)范的數(shù)據(jù)、圖表、要求、規(guī)定等數(shù)據(jù),同時系統(tǒng)可對一維二維離散數(shù)據(jù)進行拉格朗日插值計算,提高了艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核效率;
(3)應用Visual Basic6.0數(shù)據(jù)庫數(shù)據(jù)接口技術創(chuàng)建系統(tǒng)型材庫,系統(tǒng)型材庫共收錄了255種型材信息,為工程計算和系統(tǒng)計算提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,系統(tǒng)型材庫可對型材信息進行更新、修改,刪除等操作;
(4)基于Visual Basic6.0和Access為開發(fā)平臺,開發(fā)艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范計算模塊,該模塊能完成主艦船總縱彎曲設計載荷計算、主船體總縱強度計算校核、局部結(jié)構強度計算校核、極限彎矩校核船體總縱強度、結(jié)構穩(wěn)定性校核,主船體剛度校核;
(5)應用ADO數(shù)據(jù)對象和VBA技術,將Tribon系統(tǒng)內(nèi)艦船結(jié)構剖面信息導入系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫。系統(tǒng)可利用Tribon艦船剖面信息進行艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核,提高了艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核速度和效率;
(6)艦船結(jié)構強度規(guī)范校核系統(tǒng)可將excel格式的剖面信息導入系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫進行計算,同時輸出excel格式計算結(jié)果。用戶可選擇數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)置的Datareport數(shù)據(jù)報表輸出結(jié)構強度計算書,并連接打印機直接打印文本,還可以html文件導出計算結(jié)果。
本文以某艦艇結(jié)構強度計算書為測試算例,計算結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)能夠很好地完成艦船結(jié)構強度校核工作,顯著地提高了艦船結(jié)構強度校核效率和質(zhì)量,具有較強的實用價值。

Abstract
Naval ship structure strength check for hull structure security has the vital significance. Currently ship structure strength check are mainly on the basis of general specification for naval ships, according to general specification, the specification requirements entries trival and calculation is confused.the current domestic naval ships study design department have not efficient ship structure strength check software. In order to improve the ship structure strength check efficiency and systematicness.Based on a ship general specification requirements, under Visual Basic6.0 and Access database development platform,developing ship structure strength specification checking system., This paper mainly do the work as the following aspects:
(1) Analyzing the naval ship structure general specification, high-speed surface warship structure design calculation rules and the surface ship structure design and calculation method,we confirmed naval ship structure strength specification checking system frame work, strength check content, strength calculation method, strength standard etc;
(2) Appling Access database, SQL language and data interface technology under Visual Basic6.0 plateform, we build naval ships general specification foundation database. Importing naval ship general specification’s data, diagrams, requirements to system foundation database, System can operate Lagrange interpolation program complete numerical interpolation calculation, improving the system calculation efficiency.
(3) We establish a profile system database, including the 255 profiles which are important data for the engineering calculation and system calculation.We can update,edit and delete the profiles message under the profile database.
(4) Under the Visual Basic6.0 and Access database development platform, we development the naval ship structure strength specification calculation module, this module can complete the naval ship longitudinal bending design load calculation, the main hull longitudinal strength calculation and check , local structural strength calculation and check, ultimate bending moment longitudinal strength calculation and check, the structure stability calculation, the main hull stiffness calculation and check.
(5) Application of ADO data objects and VBA technology, we can import Tribon system section information into system database, and system can complete the longitudinal strength calculation, improving the ship structure strength calculation efficiency.
(6) System database can import excel format section information into sysytem foundation database and output the excel format calculation results of the naval ship structer specification check system. Users can choose datareport data report to output structure strength calculation, print datareport data report, and generate HTML documents.
