摘 要
當(dāng)今,在市場需求的不斷擴展和技術(shù)不斷更新的條件下,世界各國對機械產(chǎn)品的精度和質(zhì)量要求也在不斷的提高,因此數(shù)控機床、專用機床已經(jīng)成為不可阻擋的趨勢,并且一些發(fā)達(dá)國家在這方面已經(jīng)取得了卓越的成就,而我國在這方面的發(fā)展與西方發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還有不小的差距,因此要提高我國在機械行業(yè)的競爭力,已經(jīng)成為我們不可推卸的責(zé)任和義務(wù),而作為一名大學(xué)生也必須肩負(fù)起這樣的責(zé)任。
這次我們組設(shè)計的任務(wù)是八缸泵的下體的大批量加工,生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng):10萬件/年。我的具體任務(wù)就是鉆8個Φ8的螺紋底孔。油泵箱體的零件圖, 精度要求比較高。為了保證加工要求,經(jīng)過對零件的分析,我們擬訂出工藝規(guī)程路線。根據(jù)加工要求,本道工序采用專用立式鉆床進(jìn)行加工。在夾具設(shè)計中,對零件圖進(jìn)行分析,采用“一面兩銷”定位原理;主軸箱的設(shè)計中,以提高主軸的剛度,采用剛性主軸,由于我所設(shè)計的是立式鉆床,主要承受的是軸向力,所以主軸采用兩個止推軸承外加兩個深溝球軸承組合支撐,從而降低徑向跳動和軸向竄動,以保證主軸的平穩(wěn)性,另外考慮到實際機床的安裝問題,采用步進(jìn)電機經(jīng)一級減速傳給主軸以達(dá)到加工目的;而機床總體設(shè)計中,各部件的設(shè)計,要以有利于操作者操作為設(shè)計方向,從而達(dá)到進(jìn)一步提高勞動生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本的最終目的。

In fixture design, the right parts chart analysis, "a two sales," positioning principle; Spindle box design, Spindle to improve the stiffness using rigid spindle, because I designed the vertical drilling, the bear is the main thrust, So spindle using two thrust bearings plus two deep groove ball bearing assembly support, thereby reducing the radial and axial movement of beating to ensure the smooth spindle, the other taking into account the actual machine installation problems, Stepper motors used by a slowdown pass spindle to achieve processing; and machine design, the design of the various components, to help operators design direction for the operation, so as to achieve further improve labor productivity.
