基于國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,人才的流動(dòng)也越來(lái)越頻繁,而人才資源是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在日趨激烈的商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地的根本保證?,F(xiàn)在,找一份滿(mǎn)意的工作十分困難,問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵在于求職或招聘的人員都陷入了如何找到適合自己的工作或如何讓招到合格的人才填補(bǔ)公司空缺的這一矛盾中,如何才能用最少的時(shí)間和精力招聘到符合企業(yè)要求的人才,由此我們借助于日益成熟的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)可以讓招聘者和應(yīng)聘者遠(yuǎn)程進(jìn)行互動(dòng)交流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái),即新型在線人才招聘系統(tǒng)。
本系統(tǒng)是利用ASP開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)站技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)可以讓?xiě)?yīng)聘者和招聘單位遠(yuǎn)程進(jìn)行互動(dòng)交流的網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘工作平臺(tái)。人才招聘系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)展招聘活動(dòng)的系統(tǒng),主要功能有職位發(fā)布、職位搜索、簡(jiǎn)歷填寫(xiě)、簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)布、網(wǎng)站留言等,是將現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用在招聘活動(dòng)中的又一突破。它根據(jù)公司和求職人員實(shí)際工作的需要,設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)軟件的功能,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法收集人才信息、職位信息,有效的解決了當(dāng)今人才市場(chǎng)的供需矛盾。由此體現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的便捷性和方便性。同時(shí)管理員可以使用該系統(tǒng)為企業(yè)招聘、個(gè)人求職提供服務(wù)。用人單位可以使用該系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)成為招聘用戶(hù)并發(fā)布招聘信息等。求職人員可以在注冊(cè)成為求職用戶(hù)后通過(guò)系統(tǒng)完成求職工作。其他用戶(hù)可以通過(guò)瀏覽新聞了解人事政策動(dòng)態(tài)等。
本系統(tǒng)主要使用ASP開(kāi)發(fā)動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)站、Dreamweaver設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)界面、Access開(kāi)發(fā)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及使用ASP中的Java腳本語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)部分代碼。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy at home and abroad,talent flow becomes more and more frequent.But in the increasingly intensive business competition,talent resource is the fundamental guarantee for modern business enterprise to be the indefectible position. Nowadays,it's hard for us to find a good job. The key reason of this problem is that both job applicants and recruiters are in a inconsistency. The inconsistency is how to find suitable work, how to hire qualified people to fill the vacancy of the company,and how to use the least time and energy to find correct people that meet business requirements, so we design and complish a network platform which can make applicants and recruiters exchange remotely,namely a New-online-Recruitment-and-Test System(OLRS) on base of modern internet tecknology system.
With using ASP technology to develop dynamic web site, this system designs and accomplishs OLRS,which can help applicants and recruiting companies exchange.OLRS is a system that uses Internet to complete recruitment activities,whose functions are position publishing,job searching, job collection,resume fill in and resume publishing.It's another breakthrough of modern information technology applying in recruitment activities. According to company and job applicants' real work requirement to design and achieve proper software function,and to apply scientific method to collect talent and position information,OLRS effectively resolves the contradiction between supply and demand in today's talent market.This reflects the system's ease and convenience.In the meanwhile,administrators can use this system to serve both recruiting companies and job-seeking personnel. Company can use the system to register as an employer to post recruitment information.Job applicant can register as an employee to complete the job seeking. Others users can learn more personel policy dynamics through browsing news on this system.
This system uses ASP technology to develop dynamic web sites, Dreamweaver design system interface, Access develop database in web background, and JAVA script language in ASP to realize part of code.
