摘要
本文對象為一機械廠,有大量的高低壓供電設備。本文通過分析負荷及增容的具體情況,選出新配電室的具體位置,明確負荷等級,調(diào)整母線所接負荷,確定系統(tǒng)運行方案及配電柜參數(shù),運用負荷計算、短路電流計算和動熱穩(wěn)定校驗計算,選擇并校驗符合條件的電氣設備,設計出二次回路,使變電所一次設備的控制、調(diào)節(jié)、繼電保護和自動裝置、測量和信號回路以及操作電源系統(tǒng)能有效的運行。在優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的過程中,盡量提高電能的利用率和使用效率,采取多種方式降低線損,從而節(jié)約能源節(jié)約資金,努力降低改造成本。在對供配電系統(tǒng)進行設計的基礎上,根據(jù)變配電站實現(xiàn)綜合自動化的現(xiàn)狀,從設計原則、系統(tǒng)配置及結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、技術(shù)指標等方面著手,對本廠變配電室綜合自動化系統(tǒng)進行了可行性分析,設計出了符合本廠情況的綜合自動化系統(tǒng)。最后,還進行了綜合自動化系統(tǒng)的軟件設計,使變配電室智能化水平得到了極大地提升。

Abstract
The study object of the paper is about a large fertilizer factory where a lot of high and low voltage supply devices are. According to analyze the concrete situation about the possessed load and the increased capacity, it is to choose the location of the new switch room, definitude the load grade, adjust the load together with generatrix, confirm the system running plan and the parameters of electrical power distribution cabinet. Choosing and testing the electrical devices matched condition, researching and designing the second loop by calculation of load, short circuit current and peak/short-time withstand current test. They can guarantee the effective running for the loop of the controlling, adjusting, relay protection and automation equipment, measurement and signal and the operated supply power. On the course of system optimizing, to save energy, fund and the improving cost, it should raise the utilization and the usage efficiency of electric power as far as possible .At last, it studied the system structure of the automation system and combined ourselves to discuss the foundation of intelligent transformation and distribution station as the basis of realization for the system improvement. On the base of designing the power supply and distribution system,with the state of realising automatization for power supply and distribution room ,we progress feasibility analysis from design principle, system configure and construction, function and technique index. At last, the soft design is also progressed. and to upgrade the power supply and distribution room's intelligence level with the design of the automatization system
