摘 要 :
本課題主要研究的內(nèi)容是根據(jù)減速器設(shè)計(jì)的原始資料,研究減速器夠組成部件(包括齒輪、軸、軸承、上箱體和下箱體)的設(shè)計(jì)及校核方法。對(duì)齒輪減速箱設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行功能分解,確立齒輪減速器三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)方法以及齒輪減速器零件(各主要傳動(dòng)件,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件等)模型庫(kù)、總裝配庫(kù)的構(gòu)建方法。并用inventor虛擬軟件,進(jìn)行二級(jí)圓錐圓柱齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)的三維建模,對(duì)圓錐圓柱減速器的機(jī)構(gòu)的組成,內(nèi)部傳動(dòng)部件,進(jìn)行裝配干涉分析、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析、運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,最終生成二維工程圖。利用inventor虛擬軟件對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行三維建模,裝配,運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真和工程圖的產(chǎn)生等方面進(jìn)行研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),干涉、應(yīng)力分析在CAD中是極其重要的內(nèi)容。從三維開(kāi)始設(shè)計(jì),在現(xiàn)有的軟件支持下,這個(gè)模型至少有可能表達(dá)出設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思的全部幾何參數(shù),整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程可以完全在三維模型上討論,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的輔助就很容易迅速擴(kuò)大的全過(guò)程,設(shè)計(jì)的全部流程都能使用統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù),從三維開(kāi)始的設(shè)計(jì),二維工程圖的表達(dá)仍然要遵守傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的要求。

Abstract:
