摘要

   不間斷電源(UPS)在計算機(jī)、通信系統(tǒng)、醫(yī)院等一些重要用電系統(tǒng)中占有決定性地位,能在市電正?;蚬收锨闆r下為負(fù)載提供可靠、干凈的電源。隨著現(xiàn)代電力電子技術(shù)和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,研究出適合實(shí)際應(yīng)用及現(xiàn)代科技發(fā)展的高質(zhì)量、高可靠性的UPS就成為人們十分關(guān)注的課題。在各種UPS中,在線式UPS具有電源故障保護(hù)性能優(yōu)越、實(shí)時性能強(qiáng)、精度高等特點(diǎn),故本文主要研究在線式UPS。
   本文研究一種基于DSP芯片的在線式UPS,這是一種功能完備、性能良好的新型UPS。隨著對UPS性能、精度等指標(biāo)要求的不斷提高,將DSP芯片應(yīng)用到UPS中可將先進(jìn)的控制策略引入到控制系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)UPS的全數(shù)字控制是十分必要的。本系統(tǒng)使用DSP/TMS320LF2407做為UPS的主控芯片,保證系統(tǒng)高速、實(shí)時、可靠性的要求。
   根據(jù)在線式UPS電源的功能要求,設(shè)計各環(huán)節(jié)硬件電路,包括整流逆變電路,DC/DC變換電路和靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)。并給出電路中各參數(shù)的具體計算過程及結(jié)果,根據(jù)功能要求給出了系統(tǒng)軟件流程。

Abstract

   Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS) play a key role in some important electricity systems, such as computers, communication systems and medical systems, it can provide reliable and pure power supply for loads either power good or not. With the development of modern power electronic technology and information industry, the study of high quality and reliability UPS which fits the practical application and development of modern science and technology has become an attentive problem. Among the various UPS topologies, the on-line UPS has a superior power failure protection performance, real-time performance and high precision characteristic, so this paper studies on-line UPS.
   In this paper, the study of the on-line UPS is based on DSP chip; it will be a new type UPS, which has full-feature and good performances. With continuous improvement of the UPS’ performance and precision requirements, it is essential to achieve UPS’ full digital control, using DSP chip in UPS and applying advanced control strategies to power system. Therefore, the system use the DSP/TMS320LF2407 as the main controller chip, this chip can ensure the high-speed, real-time, reliable features of system operation.
   According to functions of UPS power system, this paper designs the hardware circuits, including the rectifier inverter circuits, DC/DC transform circuit and static transfer switch.
And give the parameters in the calculation process and the result of circuit ,the processes of the system software are explained in this paper.
