通過學(xué)科導(dǎo)論講座，讓我對自動化行業(yè)及其技術(shù)應(yīng)用范圍有了一定的了解。通過授課及課余相關(guān)資料的查詢，讓我有了對本專業(yè)所涉及的行業(yè)技術(shù)有了更近一步的認(rèn)識。工業(yè)控制自動化技術(shù)正在向智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和集成化方向發(fā)展。
自動化技術(shù)是一種運用控制理論、儀器儀表、計算機和其它信息技術(shù)，對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程實現(xiàn)檢測、控制、優(yōu)化、調(diào)度、管理和決策，達到增加產(chǎn)量、提高質(zhì)量、降低消耗、確保安全等目的的綜合性技術(shù)，主要包括工業(yè)自動化軟件、硬件和系統(tǒng)三大部分。
自動化技術(shù)作為20世紀(jì)現(xiàn)代制造領(lǐng)域中最重要的技術(shù)之一，主要解決生產(chǎn)效率與一致性問題。雖然自動化系統(tǒng)本身并不直接創(chuàng)造效益，但它對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程有明顯的提升作用。
我國工業(yè)控制自動化的發(fā)展道路，大多是在引進成套設(shè)備的同時進行消化吸收，然后進行二次開發(fā)和應(yīng)用。目前我國工業(yè)控制自動化技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和應(yīng)用都有了很大的發(fā)展，我國工業(yè)計算機系統(tǒng)行業(yè)已經(jīng)形成。工業(yè)控制自動化技術(shù)正在向智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和集成化方向發(fā)展。
