社會生活的各個領(lǐng)域,是一個特殊的高風(fēng)險行業(yè),一旦銀行機(jī)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)危機(jī)
就很容易在整個金融體系中引起連鎖反應(yīng),引發(fā)全局性、系統(tǒng)性的金融風(fēng)
波,從而導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的混亂,甚至引發(fā)嚴(yán)重的政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。所以,
如何化解和防范金融風(fēng)險己成為銀行管理活動中一個十分迫切而又重要的
內(nèi)容‘本文結(jié)合自己的工作實際,對中行宣城市分行的員工素質(zhì)風(fēng)險防范
與控制進(jìn)行研究,就有十分重要的理論及現(xiàn)實意義。
本文首先在考察人在自然界的演進(jìn)和人類社會不斷進(jìn)化發(fā)展的歷史
進(jìn)程中所具有的重要性,尤其是在金融業(yè)的安全、穩(wěn)健運(yùn)行中的作用的基
礎(chǔ)上,對銀行員工素質(zhì)進(jìn)行了關(guān)注并予以解析.由此提出了“銀行員工素
質(zhì)風(fēng)險”這一概念,并加以定義。對銀行員工素質(zhì)風(fēng)險的特征及含義進(jìn)行
了理論綜述。其次,在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從人員的歷史形成和現(xiàn)實狀況
在文化知識水平、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)、職稱等層面詳細(xì)介紹了中國銀行
宣城分行員工素質(zhì)的狀況及由此可能存在的風(fēng)險,并從我國歷史制度和傳
統(tǒng)管理體制方面對其成因進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析。隨后,提出了對這一風(fēng)
險進(jìn)行管理,指出了具體的風(fēng)險管理方法:識別、評估和處置。最后,根
據(jù)在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下現(xiàn)代競爭的特點(diǎn),針對國有商業(yè)銀行所面臨的最大問
題即人力資源管理問題,并以此為關(guān)鍵,用定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,
建立了銀行員工素質(zhì)風(fēng)險防范控制體系.試圖構(gòu)造出有競爭力的人力資源
管理制度,從而達(dá)到防范控制員工素質(zhì)風(fēng)險的目標(biāo)。
