摘 要
本文對(duì)xx集團(tuán)的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理進(jìn)行了剖析，在調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過分析和研究，提出了通過實(shí)施5S管理來提高企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)管理工作，解決企業(yè)面臨的一系列管理問題。xx集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)車間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理問題比較嚴(yán)重，其中生產(chǎn)成本居高不下,生產(chǎn)效率無法提高等，這些問題一直困擾著企業(yè)的正常經(jīng)營。由于5S管理在營造安全、規(guī)范的工作環(huán)境、降低成本、提高效率、促進(jìn)作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、提升企業(yè)形象、提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、員工品質(zhì)方面作用顯著，因此本文對(duì)5S管理進(jìn)行了深入的研究并對(duì)改善企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)管理做了相關(guān)闡述。同時(shí)，本文也為企業(yè)在實(shí)施過程中需要注意的環(huán)節(jié)提出了一些意見。

Abstract
