摘 要
對(duì)適齡兒童注射疫苗能有效的控制危害兒童健康的傳染病，衛(wèi)生部在2005年的全國(guó)兒童預(yù)防接種宣傳日重申，按照國(guó)家免疫程序，所有兒童都必須全程接種納入國(guó)家免疫規(guī)劃的所有疫苗。本設(shè)計(jì)是基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)的，主要采用JSP與JAVA語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)，具體開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)為MyEclipse6.0，選用Tomcat 6.0作為服務(wù)器，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)選用Mysql。主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有社區(qū)兒童的注冊(cè)，社區(qū)兒童的查詢，社區(qū)兒童接種疫苗的登陸和兒童信息的修改等。
本設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的兒童疫苗接種平臺(tái)主要是針對(duì)于社區(qū)兒童實(shí)現(xiàn)基本數(shù)據(jù)的錄入與編輯工作，能夠進(jìn)行一定的數(shù)據(jù)安全管理，如數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入、導(dǎo)出、管理員口令等，能夠針對(duì)適齡兒童個(gè)人的疫苗接種時(shí)間給出有效提示，并能夠?qū)ζ湟酝慕臃N情況進(jìn)行在線的查詢與管理，能夠統(tǒng)計(jì)本服務(wù)社區(qū)范圍內(nèi)每種疫苗的兒童接種率、不良反應(yīng)比例等有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。

Abstract

The design is based on B / S structure developed, the main use of JSP and JAVA languages, the specific development platform for MyEclipse6.0, selected as a Tomcat 6.0 server, select the database Mysql. The main function of the realization of the registration of community children, community children's inquiries, community landing vaccinated children and children, such as information changes.
The design and development platform for vaccination of children is mainly directed against children in the community to achieve the basic data entry and editing work, to carry out a certain degree of data security management, such as data import, export, password manager and so on, school-age children are able to cater for the individual time of vaccination are given prompt and effective, and vaccination to their past conduct and management of online inquiries, to statistics of the scope of service to the community of children in each vaccine coverage rate, the proportion of adverse reactions and other relevant data.
