摘要
黑龍江斯福電氣有限公司是以變頻器、交流伺服電機(jī)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品為主導(dǎo),集研發(fā)、制造、銷(xiāo)售為一體的高科技企業(yè)。公司于2007年通過(guò)IS09001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,建立了基本的質(zhì)量保證體系,初步規(guī)范了公司的質(zhì)量管理工作。但公司目前的質(zhì)量管理水平還較低,公司要繼續(xù)發(fā)展壯大,成長(zhǎng)為優(yōu)秀的企業(yè),僅靠通過(guò)IS09000認(rèn)證是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,還必須積極采用先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理方法和工具,持續(xù)改進(jìn)公司質(zhì)量管理體系,不斷提高質(zhì)量管理水平。
論文以質(zhì)量管理理論和IS09000認(rèn)證體系理論為依據(jù),采用案例分析法、調(diào)查研究法和系統(tǒng)分析法,對(duì)斯福變頻器IS09000認(rèn)證前后進(jìn)行了剖析。首先概括介紹斯福變頻器實(shí)施IS09000體系的現(xiàn)狀,其次根據(jù)實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀提出問(wèn)題,再次通過(guò)分析研究找出原因,最后提出解決完善對(duì)策,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。第一,通過(guò)IS09000認(rèn)證是進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)的通行證。企業(yè)要求得生存與發(fā)展,必須強(qiáng)化實(shí)施IS09000體系,建立一整套現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度,規(guī)范企業(yè)活動(dòng)。第二,建立完善的質(zhì)量管理體系是提高企業(yè)管理水平的必由之路。一套與企業(yè)相適應(yīng)的管理體系,腀@浞址⒒猶逑檔淖饔?,蕵?gòu)鏡鬧柿抗芾砉ぷ鞴娣痘⒈曜薊?。抵R琁S09000質(zhì)量管理體系的核心是持續(xù)改進(jìn)。只有持續(xù)改進(jìn),才能使質(zhì)量管理體系更完善。希望本文的研究有助于提高斯福變頻器公司的質(zhì)量管理水平,提升公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。

Abstract

The Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company is take the frequency changer, the exchange servo electrical machinery and the related product as the leadership, the collection research and development, the manufacture, the sale is a body's High-tech enterprise。The company in 2007 through the IS09001 quality system authentication, has established the basic quality assurance system, preliminary standard company's quality control work. But the company present quality control level is also low, the company must continue to grow strong, grows into the outstanding enterprise, depends through the IS09000 authentication is only not enough, but must use the advanced quality control method and the tool positively, improves the company quality control system continually, raises the quality control level unceasingly.
Based on the theory of quality control and IS09000 quality system,the author has analyzed company’s' situation in different stage duringthe application of IS09000 by case study, investigation and systematicanalysis. Firstly, the article briefly introduces the current situationof implementing IS09000 system about the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company. Secondly, it listedthe problems according to the present situation, analyzed to find out theproblems and make out the reasons, finally,carries out thecounter-measures to solve the problems. Some conclusions were been made:a) IS09000 can serve as passport to go into the market at most times. Thecompany should to put IS09000 into effect, to set up a whole modernmanagement system, and to standardize the company's activity. b)Established a perfect quality control system is necessary in improvingthe enterprise management. A suitable management system can bring thesystem into full play and make the quality management been standardized.c) The key of the IS09000 quality control system is continuous improving.The author hopes the research working of this article could help the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company to improve the quality control system and enhance its competitivecapacity to speed up the development of the Heilongjiang Si luck electricity Limited company.
