摘要
回首全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，不難發(fā)現(xiàn)已經(jīng)過去的20世紀是中小企業(yè)廣泛發(fā)展的時代，這一時期中小企業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展不僅為西方發(fā)達國家的社會經(jīng)濟注入了新的活力，而且也極大推動了發(fā)展中國家經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，從而促進了全球經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)繁榮、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。近幾十年來，中小企業(yè)在促進各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、科技進步、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、擴大就業(yè)、財政稅收、國際貿(mào)易與出口創(chuàng)匯等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但是，由于我國市場經(jīng)濟體制尚不成熟，各種各樣的困擾阻礙了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文在我國中小企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，通過對已有的企業(yè)融資理論的回顧，借鑒發(fā)達國家中小企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的融資模式的發(fā)展，分析了我國中小企業(yè)不同成長階段融資模式的特點及其面臨的內(nèi)外部融資環(huán)境，提出優(yōu)化中小企業(yè)內(nèi)外部融資環(huán)境的對策。希望能為正在蓬勃發(fā)展的中小企業(yè)在融資模式選擇方面提供有益的參考，使之能夠根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境適時地調(diào)整融資模式，突破融資困境，以實現(xiàn)其做強、做長壽的發(fā)展目標。

ABSTRACT
While inspecting the development of global economy，it is obvious that the Past 20th century is the time small and medium enterprises(SME) Prosper wildly .These rapid progress not only refilled new energy to the economy of west developed countries，but also pushed forward that of developing countries，in all，contribute to the prosperity of the global economy. In the latest decades，small and medium enterprises play very important role in economy development，technology advancement，industry structure optimization，job opportunity，government tax income , international trade，and export etc for every country. However，since the market economy system in China is still immature, small and medium enterprises have various difficulties while developing, when it reaches certain size，most of the mean not progress smoothly; some are even starting to decline. his paper base the status quo of the development of small and medium enterprises in China，the current enterprise financing theory is over looked，the development of financing patterns of small and medium enterprises in developed countries is combined，to analyze the characteristic and development of the small and medium enterprises` financing in China in different stages，diversified financing patterns is proposed to overcome the financing constraints，and proposed the optimization measures of the external financing environment for the small and medium enterprises. It is hoped that this paper can provide some resolution to the prosperous small and medium enterprises in financing patterns，help them adopting new financing patterns to break through the financing dilemma，and achieve its becomes strong and longevity development goals.
