摘 要
中小企業(yè)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中具有舉足輕重的作用，目前在工商注冊(cè)登記的中小企業(yè)占全國(guó)注冊(cè)企業(yè)總數(shù)的絕大部分，提供半數(shù)以上的城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，中小企業(yè)已成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)力量。而在實(shí)際工作中，融資難已成為制約中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要障礙。文章通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，運(yùn)用比較分析與理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)中小企業(yè)以及成長(zhǎng)型中小企業(yè)做出理論分析，系統(tǒng)闡述成長(zhǎng)型中小企業(yè)融資難的現(xiàn)狀，分析了影響成長(zhǎng)型中小企業(yè)融資難的主要原因。根據(jù)這些內(nèi)外部的不足，提出了當(dāng)前解決成長(zhǎng)型中小企業(yè)融資的有效措施。并結(jié)合實(shí)例做出具體分析，為成長(zhǎng)型中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了合理化建議。這對(duì)于促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的快速成長(zhǎng)，確保國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速、協(xié)調(diào)、健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
