摘  要

傭金制度是有關(guān)傭金收取對象、收取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和收取方式等的規(guī)劃安排。從世界范圍看,各發(fā)達(dá)國家在證券市場發(fā)展初期采用的都是固定傭金制,即由各國證券管理部門或證券交易所來確定一個統(tǒng)一的傭金比率或范圍較窄的浮動界限。但隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和金融自由化浪潮的沖擊,傭金制度在全球范圍內(nèi)發(fā)生了巨大的變革。而我國的證券市場從成立之日起便一直采用固定傭金制,它適合我國證券市場的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況及發(fā)展水平,對我國這樣一個新興的證券市場的穩(wěn)定、成長和發(fā)展起到了積極作用。
本文分三大部分分別介紹了傭金制度的變革歷程、xx證券實(shí)行浮動傭金制后的效應(yīng)分析、xx證券在浮動傭金制的后競爭時代的應(yīng)對措施與未來戰(zhàn)略。
第一部分分為三節(jié),第一節(jié)簡要介紹傭金制度的定義以及對證券公司收入和利潤的影響。第二節(jié)分國家和地區(qū)介紹國外證券市場的傭金制度的變革歷史以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。第三節(jié)通過介紹我國實(shí)行浮動傭金制前后的變化和影響來說明券商行業(yè)在實(shí)行浮動傭金制后面臨的巨大機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
第二部分分為兩節(jié),分別運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析的方法分析、比較和總結(jié),簡析xx證券公司在應(yīng)對我國證券行業(yè)的浮動傭金制的改革所做出的各種應(yīng)對措施以及產(chǎn)生的正面效應(yīng)和負(fù)面效應(yīng)。其中正面效應(yīng)包括優(yōu)化公司結(jié)構(gòu),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,經(jīng)營模式創(chuàng)新,資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)增長,以及未來的機(jī)遇和創(chuàng)新。負(fù)面效應(yīng)包括經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)收入的部分轉(zhuǎn)移,利潤增加的巨大挑戰(zhàn),以及服務(wù)全面化和系統(tǒng)化的缺乏。

Abstract
Commission is the plan of commission charged objects, collection of standards and means of receipt of the planning arrangements. From a global perspective, the early stage of development in the securities market with the developed countries are the fixed commission system, that is, national stock exchange the securities management department or commission to determine a unified floating rate or narrow limits. But with the global wave of economic integration and financial liberalization, the impact of commission around the world has undergone tremendous changes. The establishment of China's securities market from the date has been fixed commission system, it is suitable for the reality of China's securities market and the development of a new stock market in China's stability, growth and development played a positive role.
This thesis introduced the three most of the commission's reform process, GF Securities commission system for a floating effect,analysis of GF Securities commission system in the post-float era of competition and future response strategies.
The first part of the divided into three sections, section 1 briefly introduce the definition of the commission system and the securities company revenue and profit impact. Section 2 describes the foreign sub-national and regional changes in the stock market commission history and lessons learned. Section 3 illustrates the commission system in the face after floating the enormous opportunities and challenges by introducing a floating commission system and the impact of changes before and after the brokerage industry.
The second part of the two sections, the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to analyze, compare and summarize Analysis of GF Securities Shijiazhuang branch in response to fluctuations in the securities industry, the reform commission system made of various response measures and the resulting positive and negative effects. One positive effect of including the optimization of corporate structure, improve service quality, business model innovation, asset management, business growth, and future opportunities and innovation. Negative effects include the part of the brokerage business income transfers, the great challenge to increase profits, and service the lack of comprehensive and systematic.
The third part divided into two sections, first section is brief GF Securities Shijiazhuang branch floating in the commission system for the future strategies to enhance core competence, Section two is a detailed analysis of GF Securities Shijiazhuang branch strategies in order to achieve the purpose.
